For example try saying, ” I am a creative, I am talented, I am loving, I am loved, I give freely, I am confident, etc. ” Repeat these affirmations several times a day. Plan your life

Plan your day and give all of your activities and duties an alloted time slot. Write down what you really want from life and list some goals too. Start thinking about what you could do to make those goals reality.
