Brainwave Entrainment The Benefits of Activating The Human Growth Hormone With Brainwave Entrainment

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

HGH or Human Growth Hormone is produced in the pituitary gland fueling our growth through our childhood and maintaining our tissues and organs throughout our life. This hormone is one of the most beneficial hormones that we produce naturally. It keeps our body systems strong and youthful.

Unfortunately, as we age, our pituitary gland slowly reduces its production of HGH and may be one of the leading markers for aging and disease. Brainwave entrainment, a neuro-technological tool that introduces a sound stimulus to the brain with the intention of altering states of consciousness, can stimulate the pituitary gland to release the human growth hormone in large supply.

Benefits of the Human Growth Hormone

Keeps metabolism in check, burning calories faster.
Give you energy and vitality.
Is an anti-depressant because the body as a whole feels rejuvenated.
Helps your brain function efficiently.
Increases sexual desire.
Aids in cell regeneration-white cells increased and production of red blood cells enhanced.
Gives skin and body a youthful appearance.
Enhances the immune system.
Enables faster recovery from illness or injury.
Better life endurance.
Anti-aging.
Decreases body fat by 15%
Macrophages, which defend against bacteria, boosted.
Fewer infections, colds, and flues.
Benefits lean muscle growth by 8%.
Improves skin, preserves elasticity and texture and reduces wrinkles.
HGH can reverse signs of aging.
Improves hair, can reduce loss, and restore to original color.
Improves stamina.
Improves cholesterol and cardiac function.
Lowers blood pressure.
Improves lipid profiles, raises HDL and lowers LDL.
Improves lung and cardiac function.
Reduces susceptibility to type 2 adult onset diabetes or reduces need for insulin.
Improves sexual performance and libido.
Promotes better blood circulation
Higher bone density

Releasing the Human Growth Hormone with brainwave entrainment may be the key to the “fountain of youth.”

In our youth-oriented society, getting,or at least, looking old, is not in our best interest. Competition is rampant in the work world, or in society in general, with competitors getting younger everyday. The Human Growth Hormone can revitalize your mind and body and enhance your health and longevity and keep you in the mix. Releasing it naturally, with brainwave entrainment, is an easy, non-invasive way to stay young. It costs nothing in comparison to plastic surgery that only changes the outside of the body.

Brainwave entrainment is a safe and easy way to regenerate your production of the Human Growth Hormone to keep you young on both the inside and out.
Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

This ‘frequency following’ response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ‘entrain’ to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

THE HYPE
There is a lot of marketing hype around brainwave entrainment. It is sold with promises of increasing IQ, promoting weight loss, ‘mind-tripping’, enhancing creativity, concentration, inducing spiritual states and more.

While these claims are not entirely true, they are not altogether false either. In practice, the claims are based on an overly-simplistic view of how the brain and the brainwaves function.
THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person’s starting position, entrainment can be rather ‘hit and miss’.

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you’re probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain’s strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

Here’s a quote from Robert Collier who was one of the greatest copywriters who ever lived…

“Words are empty sounds… it is the images back of them that count.”

If you offer copywriting services you’ve got to get the Robert Collier letter book.

In one newsletter Dan Kennedy said this is not a ‘how to book.’ It features actual reproductions of powerful ads that worked.

The pages are as follows:

83, 86, 98, 115, 121, 123, 126, 141, 144, 147, 151, 154, 161, 167, 170, 173, 177, 180, 188, 192, 201, 219, 234, 236, 247, 254, 265, 294, 301, 308, 322, 387, 398.

All of these pages are reproductions of ads that worked.

Here’s the resource I want you to know about. It’s called “advanced copywriting for serious info-marketers” by Ken MacCarthy, founder of the system.

Ken was one of the attendees at the Gary Bencivenga 100 seminar. He created an extraordinary copywriting course for information marketers.

What makes this course so great?

Ken is not a copywriter for hire.

This means he is not trying to sell himself – you get the facts as they are not from someone trying to sell you their services.

In the course he has you create your list of copywriters worth emulating.

Which I believe is a worthy ideal.

Oliver Goldsmith once said, “People seldom improve when they have no other model but themselves to copy after.”

So make your list of the copywriters worth copying.

If you want to accelerate your learning while copying the greats now you can.

There’s another way to speed up your learning exponentially without the usual hard work.

Joe Karbo wrote the book ‘the Lazy man’s way to riches,’ now you can have the lazy man’s way to learning.

You may have already heard of brainwave entrainment as the new way to learn difficult subjects.

This fascinating type of music works to make your brain more open to learning.

In fact, it’s almost like being a child again. Your brain becomes a sponge for new knowledge.

Both hemispheres of the brain become more active. And the connection between the left and right kicks in far stronger.

With this comes a true learning effect.

And best of all you do nothing except listen.

You can even play this music in the background while learning. However you’ll need a structured way of deploying this for maximum effectiveness.

Take the hard work out of learning and use the short cut, effort-free way of mastering copywriting.

You can even make your own recordings. And yet another resource for you…

Here’s a quick troubleshooting guide to manifesting. Ever wondered why a perfectly well done visualisation never turned up? Don’t know what to do next? Suspicious that Ima Guru has left another secret step out? Then read on and I’ll spill the beans.

Everyone who’s come across manifesting concepts, read anything on the Law Of Attraction or seen the secret has had failures. Projects that just never showed up.

Here’s the common problems and fixes.

Problem: Lost track of your goal, life got ‘in the way’?

Do this: Review your goals, reset and get going. Check your notes (you are keeping notes right?) and make sure you’ve got a clear plan and are spending time daily working on your project mentally as well as physically.

Problem: Getting the opposite of your intention?

Do this: You’re psychologically reversed. When you think about your goal, your subconscious mind and energies are being scrambled and running backwards. Think of your thoughts like votes in your mind. If 50% are voting for ‘donuts’ and 50% are voting for ‘jogging’ you’ll continually yo-yo between those two desires until you change how you habitually think about it.

Problem: Got your outcome but are bored/unhappy with it?

Do this: Check your values and criteria matches your goal. You’re probably aiming at someone else’s idea of a fun life.

Problem: Finding it hard to visualise?

Do this: Learn to ImageStream and do 10-15m a day for a couple of weeks.

Problem: Monkey mind chattering away?

Do this: Destress physically, mentally and energetically. Sedate your Triple Warmer energy system before meditating and listen to a theta pulse track.

Problem: Keep dozing off after doing that?

Do this: Catch up on your sleep and log 10-20hrs practice time listening to a theta brainwave conditioning audio. You’ll be able to be fully alert and conscious the whole way through by then which is ideal.

Problem: Fuzzy results? Manifesting money and keep finding chump change?

Do this: Review goals – make sure they’re specific, detailed, controlled by you for you, match your values and priorities.

Problem: Know what you need to do but aren’t doing it?

Do this: Pick a bigger, sexier goal, it’s probably just not motivating enough for you.

On a roll? keep rolling!

Here’s a quick round up of some more commonly asked manifesting questions. What’s the fastest manifesting technique? How long does stuff take to turn up and more! Read on and I’ll spill the beans.

Q: What’s the fastest manifesting technique?

A: The combo I’ve had fastest results with is a well formed goal in the first place, combined with a clear desire and willingness to do what ever might be needed to get it (though often it’s less than you think), combined with energy psychology clearing methods to ensure I’m as close to 100% aligned to the outcome, combined with an intense thought projection process.

My preferred thought projection process is a hybrid of the Huna Ha Rite, combined with energy work and theta brainwave drivers.

Q: What’s the best manifesting system out there?

A: The one you actually take the time to master! Seriously, there are a lot of practical methods that work, some better than other for sure but there’s lots of useful systems. When assembling a personal system there’s three parts to it.

First you want a good goal designing method. Then you’ll want some kind of changework process to help align you and your outcome into a compatible whole. Then you need some meditative process to broadcast the intention at the right level of mind.

If you find a couple of tools for each phase you’ll have a pretty flexible and bespoke method that will work great for you.

Q: How long does it take to have stuff show up?

A: It depends. What does it depend on? Probability + alignment + intensity. No matter how clear you are and how intent you are on having something occur, these things occur within a general envelope of probability.

Some things are far more probable than others. It’s easier to manifest a financial windfall when you have existing business structures in place for the revenue to flow through. It’s easier to meet your ideal partner when you’re socially active.

That said, as a tried and tested rule of thumb, I’d expect something to show up within 3 days, if you’ve done the manifesting properly. What kind of thing? Usually either the outcome itself or the ‘link’ that gets you the outcome.

For example – I did a manifestation to get my lovely apartment. Within 2 days I found it, but I didn’t actually move in for 6 weeks due to all the usual house moving stuff that needs done.

Here’s a practical case study in how to manifest your ideal home. This article maps out exactly what I did and will show you how all the pieces work together.

I was renting a nice flat with my girlfriend but I wanted something bigger, and I’d spent over a year looking for the right mix of things I was after. Nothing seemed to fit quite right.

Either there wasn’t enough space or the surroundings weren’t as nice as I wanted or the location wasn’t convenient enough so finally remembered to actually manifest it directly. I know, duh.

Here’s exactly what I did.

First I made list of all the important things it had to have. I ended up with a list of 13 criteria I required. These included things like the number of rooms, nice light open spaces, having good views of both sunrise and sunset, and period features throughout.

Once I’d made this list and given it a good think through and felt happy with it, I settled down for the visualisation session.

I hooked up some headphones to my computer and put on a brainwave driver audio track designed to help me focus my state of mind around a nice deep theta to alpha level, where manifesting is more powerful.

This step wasn’t essential for me at the time, but it’s a useful trick none the less.

When I’d meditated my way down into a nice, deep trance state I asked my inner mind for a symbol that represented all 13 of these details I wanted in my house, or better.

The reason I used a symbol and not the usual visualisations people do is it’s hard to focus on 13 things at once! Symbols can act as a kind of mental shorthand.

An image came to mind so I kept my attention on that as I relaxed even deeper.

Next I built up energy charge by combining deep slow belly breathing with kinaesthetic visualisation to draw chi into my body and circulate it.

This means I used my mentally directed sense of touch to stimulate the energy flows in my body and increase the energy running through them. It’s a simple way to enhance the power of this process. I spent maybe 4 minutes doing this.

Next I took about another dozen deep, slow breaths, pulling all the freshly generated energy together and ran it into the symbol my inner mind had produced to represent the target.

Gradually I visualised the energised symbol glowing brighter and stronger, with an intense magnetic pull to it and projected it upwards to launch it to my ‘higher self’.

In Huna esoteric psychology the Higher Self is considered to have the ability to arrange events for you, so rather than doing it all yourself, you deliver the request to your Higher Self on a stream of mana, or energy.

I noticed a light tingling energy flow landing on my face, head and shoulders, like a light fizzing mist, which in Huna is considered feedback from your Higher Self that you’re request has been connected and is on the way.

So I asked my inner mind for input on how long this would all take to come about.

The answer in my head was ‘2 weeks’.

I thought, OK, I can live with that, so I thought of another question and asked, how many sessions like this do I need to do?

The answer came back ‘do it twice, a third if you really want to but it’s not necessary’.

So I did. I simply repeated the whole process which took a very leisurely 15m or so from start to finish.

Next I took physical action by promptly following the coincidences that arose. The next day my girlfriend (now my wife), spotted a new apartment and had a very strong positive feeling about it.

As soon as I saw the picture I ‘knew’ intuitively that that was the place. I checked the schedule for it – it had most of the details I’d asked for – the number of rooms, period features, stripped wood floors, and at a great price.

So we went to see it… and it had every single detail that I wanted, something I hadn’t found in over a year of viewing property.

How long did it take to get the deal sealed? Exactly two weeks.

Interesting huh?

Here’s a good reason to appreciate flowers for more than just how beautiful they look or how wonderful they make you feel. Pleasing floral smells may also improve your dreams, giving you a good night sleep.

The relationship between smells and dreams was presented at last week’s Chicago meeting of the American Academy of Otolaryngology. The work had been conducted by German researchers who looked at the role of pleasing smells and the emotions of dreaming subjects.

Studies like this can be difficult to conduct. You need to use a stimulus that’s strong enough to influence a dream but not so strong it wakes the subject. Some smells, like peppermint, also irritate the nasal passages. The smells used in this study were chosen with this in mind.

Fifteen female subjects spent 30 days allowing the research team to monitor their brainwaves during sleep in order to tell when they reached the REM phase of sleep. This is the stage when most dreams happen. At this point the women were exposed to a high does of scents (pleasant like roses; unpleasant like rotten eggs) for ten seconds and woken a minute later to record their dreams.

Amazingly the women didn’t dream of smelling anything… but pleasant scents were related to pleasant emotions in dreams. Bad smells brought reports of troubling emotions.

Boris Stuck, lead researcher for the study and a professor of otorhinolaryngology at Heidelberg University, noted that, “It obviously does not determine what you dream about, but it influences how you experience a dream.”

Earlier studies have shown that stimulation like pressure or vibration as well as sounds can have an impact on the content and emotional tone of dreams.

Experts also know that smell is the only sense that doesn’t “sleep” – allowing information to reach the limbic system, a part of the brain involved with memory and emotion. All the other senses must pass through the thalamus, which is closed when you sleep.

The researchers are hoping that this work will lead to treatments that can be used with those suffering post traumatic stress syndrome or nightmares. In the future they hope it may be possible to create a compact machine that monitors brain activity and releases a pleasing scent under the nose at the right moment during dreaming to provide a good night sleep.

Brainwave Entrainment Science of Mind Power and Entrainment Techniques

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Here, we are talking about binaural beats and why they deserve such special mention because they actually form the basis of one of the most popular and effective brainwave mind augmentation techniques is available today. What this is engineered and sculpted sounds that have been produced with the specific intent to create a sort of response in the brain that is needed to produce the effects of mind power and entrainment. How this works is that the person who is engineering the beat will first choose a medium. It can be anything from visual to auditory, or sometimes a mix of both, but in this, we will be concentrating on the auditory.

He or she will choose a medium, and normally it is some form of music or recorded sounds that have been proven to relax the mind and slip it into a state where it is most susceptible to these beats. Of course, this is also combined with the common sense that the person listening to this medium must be in a quiet place, or else, the effectiveness of this technology will then be greatly reduced.

Then, using this technology, the medium will be engineered in such a way that they produce two different tones and wavelengths in each of the ear, with the intent that it produces a difference tone that is both subsonic and equals to the wavelength value that is needed to be entrained in the first place. The reason that the beat is subsonic is that the values are normally quite low anyway, and while the normal human ear will not be able to pick up on the difference, it is the cortical in the cortex that would be able to pick up on the frequency and thus have a frequency following effect.

The carrier frequency would normally be in the range of 300 – 600Hz, and a typical entrainment production carrier frequency would be 510 and 540, which would then produce a 30Hz subsonic following response. And thus this is the basic science of mind power and entrainment techniques. All the rest of the techniques which are available are based on the very same fundamentals, which means that at the end of the day, the cortical in the mind must be excited to the same frequencies that are needed to be entrained. If you are considering to get this sort of brainwave entrainment technology, there are plenty of options for you. The best source that seems to have the most resources for this technology is the internet and a quick search online would reveal tons of sources for you to refer to.

Of course, with this, you need to be able to do some research and get the best possible product. Considering the progress of technology in recent years, there are plenty of back end resources on the web that does reviews on products like these, and you will be able to find out which is the best for you, depending on the price, application and type of medium.

Brainwave Entrainment Sleep Meditation – Achieve a Better Night’s Sleep With Meditation Techniques

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Here, I would like to introduce the reader to sleep meditation, and how it can help reduce sleep anxiety and increase the quality of sleep for those that practice it.

Millions of people suffer from lack of sleep. Many of them don’t even know it! They go about their day more irritable than they should be. They get angry more quickly than they should do. You’ve been in front of them when they’ve honked their horn at you for not moving fast enough. We’ve all encountered people who have been sleep deprived and have probably been sleep deprived yourself. Maybe you still are…

So many of us take our restful 8 hours for granted. Do you really get 8 hours? How long does it take you to get to sleep? Many people lay awake for quite a while before entering sleep. And I mean proper sleep. Not just rest. A person’s brain emits different brainwave patterns when they are asleep, so you can’t just say “I go to bed at 11, get up at 7, so I’ve had my 8 hours sleep”. Just resting doesn’t count. We need sleep. We die if we don’t get it. Seriously.

So the question is: what can we do to prepare ourselves for proper restful sleep? How do we calm the mind in preparation for entering the “re-charge” part of our day?

Meditation has helped people relax for centuries. It’s benefits are many and far reaching. Meditation as a way to achieve a better night’s sleep, or sleep meditation is a way to clear the mind of the flotsam and jetsam of our busy days.

There are many types of sleep meditation. Some methods have not changed for centuries and some have been the result of years of scientific research and analysis. Which one is right for you? The most basic form is to just sit quietly and reduce the number of thoughts that run through your mind. In this method the practitioner will focus on one particular aspect of their body. Most commonly the breath.

Another form is to focus on something external. This method can be good for beginners as it feels like you are doing something. It’s hard for a mind that is so used to continuous thought to grasp the concept of doing “nothing”, so listening to calming music, being guided by a soothing voice, or both can really help. A further technique is the use of binaural sounds as a form of guided meditation. In this technique the practitioner used a selection of sounds to achieve an intense state of relaxation. This method is also great for the beginner. Yet another form can be using a chant or mantra to help focus the mind. This method is often used in Buddhist meditation and is also found in the western world as chants such as those used by Gregorian monks.

There are many more variations, and the details are beyond the scope of this article. The main theme is to achieve a peaceful and relaxed state that can combat the stresses and anxieties that gather in anyone’s life. Sleep meditation is a natural way to achieve a good night’s sleep.

Brainwave Entrainment 8 Types of CDs to Help You Program Your Subconscious Mind

Here is an overview of 8 types of CDs you can use to successfully program your subconscious mind with your desired goals.

Hypnosis CDs

Hypnosis CDs contain two main parts: induction into a state of hypnosis and suggestions for change.

The first part, induction guides you into a physically relaxed, yet mentally alert and inwardly focused state of mind, ideal for programming your subconscious mind.

The second part will depend on the issues involved and the skills of the hypnotist. On a very basic level, a hypnotist may include nothing more than positive suggestions for change. Some may include guided imagery.

Hypnotists who are skilled with Ericksonian hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming may include hypnotic language patterns, embedded commands, furutre pacing and other NLP techniques.

Some may include techniques from Huna, color therapy and similar esoteric or spiritual techniques for change.

Hypnosis recordings usually end with suggestions for emerging from a hypnotic state and returning to a normal daily consciousness. Of course, if you’re listening to recordings designed to help you fall asleep, the recording will end encouraging you to drift to sleep and have a deep and refreshing sleep.

While some hypnotists may use only their voice, most will use some kind of relaxing background music that helps you to ease yourself into a state where you are physically relaxed, but mentally alert so that you can follow the suggestions.

To help you enter deeper levels of the mind effortlessly, some hypnotists may also include appropriate brainwave entrainment, theta if you’re participating in guided imagery, and delta if the purpose of hte session is to help you drift to sleep, rejuvenate or regenerate your body, get rid of aches and pains, or experience accelerated healing.

The best time to listen to hypnosis recordings is just before you go to sleep, or at other times during the day when you feel more naturally relaxed.

Subliminal CDs

Subliminal CDs contain a subliminal track which is placed below your conscious level of hearing. The suggestions on subliminal recordings are masked by nature sounds or by music and you consciously hear only nature sounds or music, while the subliminal suggestions are by-passing your conscious awareness and getting impressed upon your subconscious mind.

Subliminal CDs may have all suggestions masked with music, or they may have suggestions placed once in an audible format at the beginning of the recording, so that you can consciously hear them. The latter is called a “hybrid” type and tends to produce better results.

Like hypnosis CDs, subliminal CDs may be enhanced with different kinds of brainwave entrainment. Subliminal CDs may have relaxing or lively music.

You can generally listen to this type of recording at any time during the day.

Supraliminal CDs

Another type of subliminal programming are Supraliminal CDs, which some people call “silent subliminal” CDs. These recordings contain suggestions placed at a frequency of 15.5 kHz.

While they are usually masked with nature sound or music, they may also be totally silent to your conscious mind, even though the volume of the supraliminal track may be quite loud.

This type of recordings may be very convenient to listen to if you want to program your subconscious mind and you’d consciously rather hear absolutely nothing.

Supraliminal Plus CDs

Supraliminal plus CDs may be yet the most effective way to program the subconscious mind with direct suggestions because while you can consciously hear different suggestions which are delivered simultaneously to your left and right ear, the suggestions to which you are not paying conscious attention are becoming impressed upon your subconscious mind.

These recordings also contain embedded supraliminal track, which is sending suggestions directly to your subconscoius mind.

You need to use headphones when listening to supraliminal plus CDs and if that is inconvenient, you can always use CDs with Affirmations.

Affirmations

CDs with Affirmations contain a selection of on average 15 – 30 empowering affirmations repeated over and over throughout the recording. They are generally placed in a bed of nature sounds or music which help to make your subconscious mind more receptive to suggestions.

Affirmations CDs may be enhanced with brainwave entrainment. They may also contain embedded subliminal or supraliminal tracks.

Personal Vision Statement CDs

Personal Vision Statement CDs are frequently used as part of life coaching. You decide what how would you like your life to be and describe it as if it were yours already. These types of recordings bring out wonderful results because they are tailored specifically to the realization of your dreams and goals, using your own language, your own power words, your own vision.

Brainwave Entrainment CDs

Brainwave Entrainment CDs generally do not contain any suggestions. Instead they contain isochronic tones or binaural beats, designed to help you enter an optimal state of mind for your intended activity.

Brainwave Entrainment CDs for sleep can slow down your brainwaves helping you to naturally drift into a deep and restful sleep. Brainwave Entrainment CDs with energizing beats may replace your need for coffee or other stimulates, as they stimulate your brain entraining it with faster brainwave patterns.

These CDs will also help to synchronize the left and right hemisphere of your brain, helping you to focus better and to feel good.

CDs with Mantras – Words of Power

CDs with Mantras generally contain Sanskrit Mantras with Tantric sounds and and on occasion Tibetan mantras or chants from other spiritual traditions.

Mantras may help you to purge your mind and heart from inharmonious energies, to align yourself with higher power or to align yourself vibrationally with the universal energies that will help you to realize your dreams and goals.

The recordings that will work best for you would depend on your goals and on your listening preferences. If you like to hear every word on the recording, you may like hypnosis, affirmations, supraliminal plus or even mantra CDs.

If you’d rather just hear nature sounds, music or prefer to hear nothing consciously, then silent subliminal or supraliminal recordings may be what would do the trick for you.

The best way to find out what works best for you is to experiment, pick a goal, try different types of recordings, and find out for yourself what you enjoy the most, and what gives you the fastest results.
