Brainwave Entrainment The Law of Attraction At The Push Of A Button?

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

You have most likely heard of the Law of Attraction and it’s use as the ultimate mind power technique. The law of attraction is simply that you get what you focus on and think about. Thoughts are a form of energy and like energy attracts like energy. All forms of matter and energy are attracted to that which is of a like vibration. You receive what you put your focus and energy on, whether it’s wanted or unwanted. Focus on happiness and it’s yours. Focus on preventing unhappiness and you get unhappiness.

Your thoughts are a magnet to attract what you are thinking about.

Everything draws to itself that which is like itself.

Your mind has difficulty telling the difference between something you think about and want and something you think about and do not want. The negative, or lack of something, is a “void” concept to the mind.
The mind does not like void concepts so it interprets the void into the opposite of what you want.

While the concept of the Law of Attraction is simple and straightforward the implementation of changing your thinking can be a challenge. The power of the mind is a difficult force to tame.

Focusing on a new positive life is more than just accepting that you want it. Reaching a state of meditation where you can visualize what you want can take years of practice. Would it not be great if there was an easy way to reach that stage in minutes rather than months?

Well there is.

The brain sends out electrical impulses fired by the neurons that can be measured as brainwaves. Different levels of activity are associated with different levels of brainwaves. Your brainwave pattern looks very different when you are deeply asleep compared to when you are just dozing off.

The major brainwave states are:

Delta 0.5Hz – 4Hz Deep sleep

Theta 4Hz – 8Hz Drowsiness

Alpha 8Hz – 14Hz Relaxed but alert

Beta 14Hz – 30Hz Highly alert and focused

The Alpha state is the one that is reached during meditation. How can you reach that stage more easily? Brainwave entrainment is what your brain does naturally. If your brain is subjected to external rhythms that are the same range as its natural rhythms the brain will eventually respond to the external rhythms and begin producing similar brainwaves. This response is called Frequency Following Response.

One way you can reach the Alpha state is by listening to tapes or CDs that follow the Alpha state rhythm. You are not tricking your brain. You are just using what it does naturally to reach a state where you can visualize what you want. You can now put the forces behind The Law of Attraction to work for you. This is surely the easiest method to harness true mind power.

This ‘frequency following’ response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ‘entrain’ to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

THE HYPE
There is a lot of marketing hype around brainwave entrainment. It is sold with promises of increasing IQ, promoting weight loss, ‘mind-tripping’, enhancing creativity, concentration, inducing spiritual states and more.

While these claims are not entirely true, they are not altogether false either. In practice, the claims are based on an overly-simplistic view of how the brain and the brainwaves function.
THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person’s starting position, entrainment can be rather ‘hit and miss’.

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you’re probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain’s strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

You have might have heard of the law of attraction, but your true understanding about it is still very fuzzy and you don’t know what to think of it.

Somehow, however, you have been wanting to learn more about it and it excites your curiosity even more just thinking that it might be a tool you could use for the improvement of your life.

So, what is the law of attraction?

Simply put, the law of attraction is basically the conscious or subconscious ability of attracting circumstances and events similar or identical to your focused thoughts and deep beliefs. It has been scientifically proved that thoughts induce brainwaves and send vibrational energy which has to power to create circumstances and events in your life.

Once you realize that whatever has happened in your life so far is not due to pure chance, but rather to what you’ve attracted with your thoughts and beliefs, intentionally or unintentionally, you will realize that you have the power to change your life.

Have you noticed that some people seem to lead rather smooth lives with no major problems or drama while others leave like a thread of what is often call “bad luck” behind them?

This is usually not due to luck or the lack of it. It is due to the predisposed mind of the person which attracts either positive or negative vibrational energy waves around them, which in turns attract positive or negative events in their lives.

This is why people who are set mentally to be poor have a very hard time to keep money even if they have just won the lottery, and this is why some individuals seem to attract one bad marriage mate after another with no visible reasons. The list of examples is endless.

If you have understood that concept, you might be asking yourself, what can I do to change my thoughts and beliefs?

Think of your brain as a computer. If you want a computer to do a certain task, you will program it in such a way in order for it to do that task. If you wanted the computer to do an opposite task, you would have to reprogram the computer. As long as you don’t reprogram it, it will still do the same task you have programmed it for.

It is exactly the same thing with your brain and your mind. If your mind has been programmed in a specific way when you were most likely just a child, your mind will not change. In order to change your way of thinking, change your whole mind pattern regarding you deep beliefs and thoughts you will need to reprogram you mind.

How do you reprogram your mind?

There is a wide range of mental exercises that you can do in order to do this. Two of the most used tools to reprogram the subconscious mind are repetition and visualization.

Write positive statements. Repeat them daily. Visualize them in your mind’s eyes and feel your visualization emotionally and with all your senses.

You have far more brainpower, and far fewer mental limits

Are Mental Limits Real?

You have far more brain power, and far fewer mental limits than you can even begin to imagine.

Trying to define our brain’s ultimate capacity is like trying to place your finger on a globule of mercury. The human brain is infinitely complex and subtle. And your amazing brain is no exception!

Physicists have discovered parallels between the human brain power and Einstein’s quantum universe. Biological scientists are demystifying the brain’s chemical and electrical mysteries, and cutting-edge scientists like Bruce Lipton are now telling us that a thought alone has the power to control how our genes express.

Cutting edge scientists specializing in the “connective tissue” that holds our body together have discovered something else amazing. The connective tissue tubules that extend into each of our individual cells respond to vibration. And this includes the vibration created by each of your thoughts, which impact these tubules even faster than the messages traveling along your nervous system.

So What ARE Our Mental Limits?

It was once estimated we use about 10% of our mental potential. Many of today’s neuroscientists have dropped that estimate to less than one percent. And even that figure could be overly optimistic,. Our mental limits are actually limitless.

Your brain power contains 1,000,000,000,000 individual nerve cells (neurons) – so many that if they were stretched end to end, they would reach all the way to the moon and back! But this figure is even more astounding when you consider that each nerve cell can connect with as many as 100,000 other nerve cells.

If we add up the potential capacity of your brain power cells to make interconnections – the resulting number itself would be at least 10.5 million kilometers long.

Mental limits? So you see, it’s probably not a surprise we are generally not capable of putting all of this raw potential to work! Our brain power are virtually limitless.

I have long personally thought that our brain power is more of a sending-receiving station that is connected to the one great mind. And now, modern Field Theory tells us we are each one node on an energetic network that stretches out to infinity. That we are not separate at all – but are all interconnected to the one great source of energy that expresses itself as consciousness.

How Far Do Our Mental Limits Extend?

OK then, so what is a thought? It’s basically energy that causes an electro-chemical response in your brain. The net result is that your brain’s neurons will then “fire” in a certain pattern.

That produces tiny currents of electrical energy that pass along definite pathways in your cortex (your thinking cap). These currents can be traced as “brainwaves” by attaching electrodes to your skull and attaching the electrodes to an EEG.

So… your thought cascaded through your brain power and produced an actual 70 millivolt potential somewhere in your cortex. (Your brain actually produces between 5 and 10 volts of energy – enough to light up the inside of a refrigerator.)

The electrical current produced by your thought is then broadcast in the form of electromagnetic waves at the velocity of light out to each of your cells – and also straight out into the cosmos of which we are each directly connected traveling at the speed of light. So what does THAT say about your mental limits?

What IS a Thought?

Have you ever tried to define what a thought is, and how a thought gets started to begin with? What causes that initial spark that leads to that amazing cascade of energy through our brains?

Philosophers have sought an answer to that question for centuries. Some modern thinkers, like the great psychoanalyst Carl Jung and the brilliant Itzhak Bentov, feel that since thoughts create measurable energy, and energy can be neither created nor destroyed, the universal cosmos must contain the energy of every thought that has ever occurred. Again, this challenges the concept of having any mental limits at all!

This could explain how people like Bentov, Edgar Cayce, and even Leonardo da Vinci were able to see clearly see into alternate realities most of us seem unable to tap into.

A SPECIAL Invitation

This much IS true: There are definitely those who are capable of thinking on much higher levels than our everyday “what shall I have for lunch” levels. They reach into “higher states of consciousness” to direct their lives.

You don’t need me to tell you that these are tough times economically. Unemployment nationally remains around 10%, home foreclosures continue to ravage the American Dream, and countless savings accounts have been decimated. Against such a backdrop, especially if you’ve been directly affected by the bursting of the bubble, how can you feel anything other than a sense of all-pervading poverty? If you’re trying to manifest abundance by applying the Law of Attraction, you are going to feel the task is next to impossible. You need help to swim against this tide.

The Need To Believe in Abundance

One of the reasons why mainstream journalists were often highly skeptical of The Secret, by Rhonda Byrne, was its failure to explain why people are born into poverty. How can it be, they said, that we create our own realities with our thoughts and feelings, when millions of people are suffering in misery through no apparent fault of their own? Ms. Byrne made no attempt to address this issue, and this was a significant omission. She could have suggested, as others have, that behavior in past lives was to blame, but that wouldn’t have gone down too well, either.

But this does not mean that Byrne’s contention (which was hardly original to her) is incorrect. I know from years of personal experience – much of it difficult, confusing, and seemingly inexplicable – that my thoughts and feelings do make a difference to the quality of my reality – that they make things happen. Knowing this, we have to be able to pull off a bit of a mental balancing act: on the one hand, we must be cognitively aware of what is going on in the larger world; but on the other hand, we must be able to leave that reality behind and recognize our individual power to control our own destiny. In a time of economic recession, that means acknowledging the depressing statistics, but still – in the face of all the doom and gloom – being able to conceive of and believe in the kind of life we want. Failing to pull off this balancing act leaves us vulnerable to being submerged by the same waves overcoming others.

Prosperity Meditation – Your Helping Hand

Believing in prosperity is hardest in everyday waking life, when the logical left brain screams “poverty” and the chatter of the rapid Beta brainwave won’t let us get a word in edgewise. To believe in abundance against these odds, we need to enter a calmer, deeper state of awareness, one in which reprogramming of our belief system and consequent expectations can be far more effective. Specifically, this means slowing your brainwaves down to the more powerful territory of low Alpha and Theta waves. Here, we can be in direct communion with our subconscious minds, and can implant in ourselves the kind of “prosperity programming” that we need. If you think in images, use your imagination to visualize the kind of situation you desire. If you are a verbal person, repeat the kinds of words you would say to yourself in that situation, striving to feel it as a present moment reality.

But meditation itself is no easy task when ordinary life is difficult – be that for economic or other reasons. For most people, in fact, meditation is just too hard. This is where the new technology of audio brainwave entrainment can be so wonderfully helpful. Now, anyone with stereo headphones and 15-30 minutes of uninterrupted time can attain deeper states of consciousness and leave negativity behind. It remains important, even with this technical help, not to sabotage your sessions by telling yourself that you are wasting your time, or that your positive affirmations or imagery will not work. They will work, if you give them a chance and leave them alone. Miracles will not happen overnight, but if you persevere you will start to see changes at the margins – encouraging signs that you are moving in the right direction. And the more encouragement you perceive, the easier it will become for you to amplify the power of your meditation sessions and really feel yourself where you want to be.

You don’t have to toss and turn yourself to sleep.

You don’t have to keep checking the clock and end up panicking.

You don’t have to squeeze your eyes shut and hope for the best.

You don’t have to pick up your phone at 4AM to Google ‘how to cure insomnia’.

No. At least not any more after you’re doing reading this. If you have insomnia, you’d probably discover by now that none of these methods work. In fact, stressing over your inability to fall asleep only makes it harder for you to fall asleep.

Allow me to introduce to you the simplest technique created on the face of the earth. So simple, that you’d be thinking ‘why didn’t I think of that?’

Just. Breathe.

This technique originates from India’s modern day Hinduism, Pranayama, which directly translates to ‘the regulation of breath’. Pranayama techniques have been reported by researchers to be beneficial for stress-related disorders, including insomnia. Practitioners boast that the practice of pranayama has helped them to develop willpower, sound judgment, enhanced perception, and even life extension (although this is very hard to prove, but we’ll see). This idea first came to me when I noticed how my wife breathed when she was asleep. Her breaths were deep and heavy, and my hypothesis was that if I breathed as if I was asleep with my eyes closed, I’d actually fall asleep. So I closed my eyes, took a few deep breaths for a couple of minutes. When I opened my eyes, the sun was up.

I instantly bolted to my computer and did a bit more research and found many positive results to reaffirm my recent experience, and I just had to share it with all of you. To simplify things even more, I’ll break down the tempo of how I breathed for you.

· Breathe in for 5 seconds

· Breathe out for 5 seconds

· Breathe in for 5 seconds

· Breathe out for 5 seconds

After a few minutes, you should begin to feel more relaxed and at ease. And after a few more repetitions of this breathing cycle, you’ll find yourself drifting off to sleep. It happened to me so swiftly that I didn’t even notice I was falling asleep, and I hope that will be the case for you once you’ve given it a try!

Also, you don’t necessarily have to breathe for 5 seconds; it’s just an estimate of an average deep breath. If you find that the duration for each breath is too long or too short, you can adjust the timing according to your lung capacity. Do not follow the 5 second timing religiously, especially if you find yourself struggling for air. The technique simply requires you to take in as much oxygen as you’re comfortable with, and release it in the same time span.

If you want to go an extra step, you can plug in your earphones and accompany your breathing technique with some brainwave entertainment tracks for the most tranquil sleep that you’ll ever experience. Natural insomnia cures don’t have to involve consuming melatonin supplements consistently, neither do they have to be as complicated as choosing specific foods to eat, or calculating the number of hours you have between your last cup of coffee and your bedtime.

It can be as simple and easy as changing the way you breathe.

You don’t have to be a professional caregiver to experience caregiver stress. In fact, you may experience it more if you don’t have an establishment or company to refer to in times of high stress.

The demands on you are overwhelming.

If you are from the sandwich generation, you may be experiencing pressure from both sides of the coin, your immediate family, and your folks.

Looking after someone who needs care, let’s say your elderly parents, puts so much stress on you, that you start jeopardizing your own health. You don’t have time for what’s good for you, anymore.

Did you know that caregivers who are under stress, experience a 63% higher mortality rate than non-caregivers of the same age.

In my family, it was always the strong partner, that cared for the ailing partner, that seemed to die first. Doesn’t seem fair does it?

The first step in dealing with, and eliminating caregiver’s stress, is to recognize it.

Signs of Caregiver’s Stress

You catch cold more often than you used to, or you catch whatever flu happens to be floating around. This adds extra stress because you feel awful, and you don’t want to make your Mom sick because she is already compromised…but you still have to look after her because you have no choice.
You can’t sleep. You feel exhausted but your mind won’t let you go to sleep. Or if you do go to sleep, you wake up a few hours later, and you are done sleeping for the night. Nightmares add to the mix, unfortunately. And Mom getting up five times during the night doesn’t help either.
You feel sad and depressed. You cry at the drop of a hat, or bad commercial. You feel like everything is hopeless, and you don’t realize, in the moment, that things never stay that way forever. They either end or change but it doesn’t feel like it right now.
You are anxious. The day isn’t long enough to get everything done that needs to be done. Everyone wants and expects something from you. Your anxiety puts everyone on edge. Mom just can’t get along with the kids, and everyone is on your last nerve.
You can’t concentrate. You are always thinking and worrying about what you need to do. You can’t even read a magazine without thinking about your responsibilities and what isn’t getting done.
You are gaining weight, especially around the middle. All you want is comfort foods that are high in fat and carbohydrates. Donuts sound good about now. And a bag of Doritos would be a nice chaser.
You drink or smoke more, take tranquilizers. If you used to smoke, you may start again, because you are looking for something that can relieve the stress. Doing these things just adds to the stress. You feel guilty for ruining your health, but you need something to take you away for a moment.
You have no energy or lack interest in anything that used to give you pleasure. You wouldn’t have time for it anyway.
Your stomach hurts. It doesn’t seem to matter what you eat, it will still hurt, especially an hour after you eat. Maybe you should have a doctor check you out for an ulcer.
You may be constipated or have diarrhea a lot or have both.
Your chest may hurt. Your heart may hurt because a plethora of emotions keeps getting played out in your mind.

Taking care of an invalid is one of the hardest things you can do, especially if it’s for a loved one, and it’s one of the most wonderful, blessed things you can do. You are a rare and special person. You definitely have earned your wings.

Guilt, because you feel you’re not doing enough, anger at the person, because they are not who they used to be, sadness, because you feel that your life as you knew it is over… all come into play when you are overstressed.

Brainwave entrainment, a clinically proven technology that stimulates the brain to change its dominant frequency to one of relaxation, can help you through this difficult time. Specially designed recordings will take you to a brainwave state that helps you process emotions, and gives you back your emotional strength.

Listening to a brainwave entrainment recording just before you go to sleep, may be the most beneficial time for you. A side effect of relaxation can be deep sleep-a place where you heal and rejuvenate… making you stronger for the days ahead.

You need a little help and comfort too.

Entrainment will give you a digital hug that you’ve been needing, for a long time.

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

You could give a child with ADHD a prescription drug… or you could give him Mindflex From Mattel. Personally, I’d choose a game over a drug any day.

ADHD is a serious condition that is tough on kids and parents alike. Treatment for ADHD can get pretty expensive. So I think it’s awesome that a simple, very affordable toy is helping kids with ADHD.

Mindflex is a game for one to four players, ages eight and up. The player wears head gear and earlobe clips that allow the game to measure brainwave activity.

These brainwaves, in turn, affect a flow of air on the game board. The flow of air moves little balls along a preset course.

Players can set up different obstacles (that come with the game) on the course. The game keeps track of performance and timing so players can compete against their own best times or against each other.

Kids are fascinated with this game. They love seeing how their thoughts can have an impact on an object. It feels like magic to them, and it makes them feel powerful.

It also slows them down and increases their powers of concentration. Anything that can do this can have a powerfully positive impact on ADHD.

Here’s what Scott Herbst, Ph.D. in Behavioral Psychology, has to say about the kind of mind control Mindflex teaches: “In labs where they do this sort of therapy, children with ADHD have shown serious improvement in functioning. Some kids are able to get off meds altogether.”

Usually, this kind of therapy-biofeedback and other forms of mind focus monitoring, is far too expensive for the average consumer. It’s also intimidating or boring for kids.

But a toy? It’s not only affordable, it’s fun!

Mindflex from Mattel is one of the most cutting edge toys on the market and one that I think is going to help a lot of kids with ADHD.

You can’t poop… no, wait a minute, now you can’t stop pooping. You’ve got painful canker sores in your mouth that are destroying any chance of you enjoying your food. Acid creeps up the back of your throat and into your mouth, ruining the enamel on your teeth, scalding all the skin between there and your stomach.

Why are you feeling this way?

Yes… it’s all about stress.

Brainwave entrainment is a neuro-technological tool that introduces specific frequencies to your brain, with the intention of altering its state of consciousness. Entrainment can remove the frequency your brain produces when you are under stress, and replace it with a frequency that can stop or even reverse, its detrimental effects on your digestive tract.

Stress is a normal part of our daily experience, but it can get out of control when you are continually challenged, without having any relief between challenges.

This changes stress to distress.

What Stress Does To Your Gut

· Blood flow is diverted from the digestive organs to the heart and muscles, for a fast tactical response… to save your life.

· Stressful events cause stress hormones to signal the body to shut down digestion, but also signal you to eat carbohydrates, like crazy(so that you release serotonin,a feel-good hormone that stress takes away) and make a fat belly.

· Secretion of saliva and digestive enzymes are slowed.

· Mucus that lines the stomach, and bicarbonate that counteracts highly acidic gastric juices, are stopped.

· Intestinal contractions and the absorption of nutrients stop. Essential minerals like calcium, iron, and magnesium and vitamin B, are at dangerous low levels. Does your doctor want you to start getting vitamin B shorts? That’s probably why.

· The digestive system isn’t able to secrete enough digestive enzymes to properly digest food… which then gives you nausea, vomiting, constipation, gas, and bloating. Food is rotting in your stomach and intestines.

· Less immune activity means more growth of a bacterium called Helicobacter pylori or H. Pylroi which infects the stomach.

· Accelerated growth of H. Pylori suppresses the body’s ability to heal tissue damage because it inhibits the production of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins respond to tissue damage, reducing inflammation, and accelerating healing. Cortisol, a stress hormone, snuffs out this chemical.

· Problems are compounded because stress impairs the immune system and the body’s control of inflammation and wound healing… not good when ulcers develop.

· Stress increases the rate of ulcers forming, and slows the rate of healing in those ulcers.

· Repeated stress can stop immune system activity, cold.

Brainwave entrainment can stop the detrimental effects of excessive stress on your gut and is so effective in changing how you respond to external events, that even with a short course, can produce less stress response hormones, while mounting a large counter-attack, reversing and removing any damages to your intestinal tract.

You can think yourself into a mental health problem. The biggest cause of emotional illness is stress-your fear, worries, perceived threats to your ego. All of these factors influence your life and emotional strength. Stress itself doesn’t make you ill. Rather, it is how you react to the stressor that makes you ill.

Your thoughts, especially if negative, have a dramatic effect on your mind and your well-being, showing up in the physical as a real illness. Conversely, positive thoughts can promote health and well-being.

Brainwave entrainment is a clinically-proven tool that can alter how you think and respond to life, by making new neural pathways in your grey matter, eliminating networks that were formed from negative thoughts and programs, that were embedded in your subconscious mind. Changing limited belief patterns will help you establish a stronger emotional condition.

Are You Emotionally Ill?

First, let me start by saying, most people have some element of emotional instability or, may I go so far as to say, emotional fragility. If you are living, you are having emotional reactions, good or bad, so we’re all in this, together.

What is emotional illness?

Emotional illness shows up as any of various psychiatric disorders and is usually characterized by impairment of thought, mood or behaviour. When something makes you miserable and interferes with your ability to cope in your daily life, it may be a sign that you have an emotional handicap.

Signs of Emotional Illness

· Trouble coping with emotions, particularly anger.

· Family, work, or social responsibilities difficult to handle.

· Serious legal or financial problems.

· No sense of security.

· Feelings of helplessness and hopelessness.

· World feels dangerous.

· Feeling sad and down-finding pleasure in nothing.

· Inability to focus.

· Excessive fears, worries and maybe even phobias.

· Extreme mood changes.

· Withdrawal from social situations and people in general.

· Lack of sex drive.

· Extreme feelings of guilt.

· Drug, alcohol, or food abuse.

· Gaining weight or losing large amounts of weight.

· Sleeping a lot or not at all.

· Emotionally explosive, overreacting or underreacting–numb.

· Excessive anger, hostility that could turn physical.

· Physical symptoms like back pain, neck pain, headaches, migraines, abdominal pain, irritable bowel, allergies, amenorrhoea, arthritis, boils, cancer, colds, fluid retention, ulcers etc.

Changing your thought patterns can change how your mind and body react to the stressors in your life. Challenging and changing limited beliefs is one of your most powerful tools towards mental and emotional stability, health-and happiness.

Brainwave entrainment can enhance that powerful tool and liberate you from the stress of emotional pain.

Binaural Beats equal superior stop drinking self hypnosis.

Binaural beats are a brain wave entrainment method that has a very profound effect; it can not only bring you to a deep hypnotic state, binaural beats can also help to correct the brain wave imbalance that has contributed to your alcohol addiction.

Those with an addiction to alcohol often have low alpha brainwave activity; this means they can not turn off their thoughts, and relax. Also, they often have low SMR levels in their brain wave activity, and have a tendency to self medicate. Binaural beats can help to rebalance the brainwaves to a more normal, non-addictive state.

Simply put on a pair of headphones, lay back, close your eyes and relax. The binaural beats do all the work, using the left and right earphones, to effectively rebalance the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Binaural beat brainwave entrainment can also increase both alpha and SMR brain waves, to reduce alcohol addiction and cravings.
