Ultimately, you can allow this new awareness to just be part of the background. Then you can extend it out, or bring it in as appropriate.

We all know that our minds work much differently when we are asleep or awake. Not long ago, I was having a conversation about all this with someone who’d theorized the best way to purposefully unite the subconscious with the conscious mind during and alert wakefulness. Yes, this is an interesting, extremely interesting topic, so let’s talk about some potential theories of how best to do this.

I believe so, thus, having a muse strategy to come up with original thoughts or cross-pollinating using your entire range of memory across categories is possible, of course if you don’t use your brain you use these abilities to use at will during conscious thought, it’s still there, but if one formats their brain without understanding why or how to use it, they will not have the highest probability of making wise decisions, learning from mistakes, or hyper-cognition.
