Brainwave Entrainment Why Download Binaural Beats?

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Why download binaural beats? The reason is simple, especially if you are the type of person that is constantly on a quest for self growth and self improvement. If this is you, these downloads can be extremely effective and they come at an extremely reasonable cost.

Binaural beats at a glance:

They are auditory frequencies that are used to induce different brainwave responses (or an altered state of consciousness) that occur when presented with two somewhat different tonal changes. These downloads need to be listened to with headphones to achieve the maximum benefit.

How can this help my quest for self growth?

They are excellent for block the things that impede our continued growth. For example they can be extremely effective in blocking our inward causes of anxiety and depression.

For those on a weight loss or weight maintenance quest, they can help block out all of our sub conscious negative feelings and thought about weight, health, and weight loss. Once you block out the negative sub conscious thoughts toward health and weight loss, shedding pounds becomes much easier.

If you tend to feel lackluster and are often low on energy, binaural beats can help awaken both your mind and body so that you can accomplish and flourish.

They can be very effective in many other areas of our lives. For example, this sort of meditation can help by improving your sleep, improving your memory, enhancing your motivation, improving your ability to relax in a deep and productive way, and so much more.

As previously mentioned, these binaural downloads come at a very reasonable price, so go ahead and give it a try.

This ‘frequency following’ response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ‘entrain’ to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

THE HYPE
There is a lot of marketing hype around brainwave entrainment. It is sold with promises of increasing IQ, promoting weight loss, ‘mind-tripping’, enhancing creativity, concentration, inducing spiritual states and more.

While these claims are not entirely true, they are not altogether false either. In practice, the claims are based on an overly-simplistic view of how the brain and the brainwaves function.
THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person’s starting position, entrainment can be rather ‘hit and miss’.

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you’re probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain’s strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

Brainwave Entrainment Stop Worrying So Much By Using Brainwave Entrainment

Why do you worry so much?

Worry is a nag. It works hard to make you feel uneasy and troubled. It harasses you until you are weighted down with distress.

And most of the time, it’s totally useless.

It only hurts you.

Unrelenting fears and doubts paralyze you, suck the very life out of you, all of which have no redeeming value in your life.

Signs Worrying Is Getting The Best Of You

You can’t stop thinking about what appears to be a problem, causing you great anxiety.
Your mind goes over and over every detail, trying to find a solution.
You worry on top of worry, that you’ll overlook an answer.
You think if you keep going over it, whatever it is you are worried about, won’t be so frightening.
Your mind plays a game of what if? with you…changing the facts and the scenario.
Worrying releases stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline in excess.
Stress hormones flood the body and start changing your well-being.
You start eating for comfort to take away some of the worry. Unfortunately, you will be eating foods high in carbohydrates and will throw your blood sugars off. You’ll be hungry no matter how much you eat. The more worried you are, the more you may eat.
Anxious thoughts are fueled by what you believe to be true, not necessarily by what is true.
You see no solution to the trigger of your worry.
You feel that worrying protects you, so it perpetuates itself, over and over again.
You may get irritable with others because they can’t see why it’s important for you to keep thinking things out.
You may become impatient for the outcome.
Worrying affects your sleep. You’ll either be sleeping too much or not at all.
You may use worry as a reason to be irresponsible with other areas of your life. You’re just too busy worrying to do what you need to do like be in a relationship or take care of your bills.
Your stomach acts up and if you already have something like irritable bowel syndrome, it will feel worse when you are in a state of worry.
You’ll feel out of control, unless you are worrying. You may feel that if you don’t worry, something even worse than the problem, will happen.
You may experience depression because you can’t see your way through the problem.
You spend too much time in your head.

You’ve got to stop worrying, you know that, but focusing on the fact that you need to stop worrying, only reinforces your anxious thoughts.

Brainwave entrainment can release you from your stuck thought patterns, by changing your brainwave frequency. Once out of that frequency, your mind will be better able to process your worry, from a different perspective, and the anxiety about it will diminish. From this new place, you will be better able to come up with solutions. You will be able to ask yourself if there is anything you can do to solve your problem, and if there isn’t, come to accept it and detach.

If there is a solution, you’ll come up with one.

If the problem is bogus, you’ll see that too.

You don’t have to worry so much about things. Most of what you worry about isn’t even real.

Worrying makes you old.

Stop worrying so much.

Brainwave Entrainment How To Work With Your Dreams – Part 2

WHY DO WE DREAM ANYWAY?

Some of the most prevalent observations have been that we require this mysterious sleep experience in order to maintain a certain level of mental and emotional balance.

The nonsensical, fragmentary dreams usually seen during the dozing off/non-REM stage serve as a recording or saving device for the important information/experiences received during the previous waking hours – while this sleep process also removes from our outer consciousness the previous days’ events – which we don’t need to keep so readily available in our minds, and stores it away in the sub or inner consciousness. However, as when working with a computer, we can sometimes ‘undo delete’ when necessary, with the help of a skilled operator or mind technician such as a hypnotherapist or past life regressionist, 9 or by the being relaxing well enough and observing certain mind training techniques which may allow certain images or memories to come forth and return to the surface for recall. This hidden data will also re-surface in your dreams at times, when necessary.

Dreams relate to balance and imbalance in our emotional life – commenting on and making corrections regarding our conscious, waking state of awareness in a symbolic language which can be interpreted. Those skilled in psychoanalysis can examine dreams and the events which dreams allow us to experience in order to detect much about character, motives, and the state of mental/emotional health of the dreamer… when we would ordinarily in waking life go out of our way to avoid these matters.

THE IMPORTANCE OF DREAMS

Dreams arising from a clear mind, without tensions, concentrated with an intention of finding a solution to a problem; be it in a sleepful or wakeful state, have contributed greatly to technological, cultural, religious and spiritual progress of man-kind. To have concern about deciphering one’s dreams is one path to being actively involved in one’s self-realization, self-improvement and evolution. Beings on this earth plane of awareness are embarking on a journey of self-discovery – in order to recognize and return to the Source. This journey is open to pathways which lead to higher awareness & consciousness which is attuned to solving problems and dissolving obstructions to progressing on the path, to assist with balancing the energies of problems created. Considering dreams for such purposes is a new idea to many however, dream utilization in this manner has been practiced in ancient civilizations all over the world.

While non-dreaming periods of sleep (NREM) are very important for maintaining ones’ physical health – dream periods of sleep (REM) are very important for ones’ psychological/mental health. This is also one reason why dreams often seem so ‘real’, leaving a big impression, and having an obvious sense of importance to us that we often cannot consciously identify… they often are important and carry vital messages which are important for our psychological health and well-being. Dreams also feel so real due to dreams actually being a state of mind similar to the wakeful states of being… this having been determined by decades of scientific dream research showing similar EEG activity (EEG is an Electroencephalograph used for the recording of electrical activity/brainwaves, along the scalp which are produced by the transmission of nerve impulses within the brain.)

As we fall asleep from stage one and onward, our sense of the outer world progressively diminishes, and our sense of the inner world and the cosmos increases. It is different planes of awareness – and the objective, external world is not any more real than the other dimensions of being; in fact it is illusory according to the spiritual teachings of the east. This raises the question as to what exactly can be labeled “real”… Reality really can not be determined by our limited views and levels of awareness of what is real, in reality, really!

How does one determine which dreams should be taken seriously and/or studied carefully? One way is to know the different reasons for having the dreams we have; that is, what are the various causes of dream dramas played out within our minds as directed by our greater and/or inner consciousness. If you know that you just had a dream of being strangled to death -only due to your scarf you were too tired to remove being awkwardly wrapped around your neck tight enough to cause you difficulties in breathing while you were asleep, then you can rest at ease upon waking from the dream, knowing that it was not real and it was not a terrible precognitive dream; it was an immediate warning. You may be eternally grateful to the dream consciousness for using such imagery and symbolism to save you from leaving in such a ridiculous manner.

Another way to determine which dreams should be paid attention to more so than others is by the feeling one has after the dream. Often important dreams leave one with a feeling of awe and wonderment… or a feeling of wanting to know what the dream signifies. At other times we intuitively know that the dream is a premonition, or an answer to a question we had in mind, etc. There is an account of a woman who awoke at 2:30 AM of a terrible dream one night:

A large chandelier which hung over their baby’s crib in the next room, fell into the crib and crushed the baby. The clock in the dream read 4:35 AM, and there was a violent storm outside. The woman woke her husband up to tell him the dream and he laughed saying it was silly, and advised her to go back to sleep. Out of her love & concern for the baby; due to the dream feeling so terribly real, she took the baby out of it’s bed and brought the young one to bed with her. The woman started feeling foolish, as she mentally noted that the weather outside was calm- not stormy as in the dream… until two hours later when she and her husband were awakened by a large crashing sound – of the chandelier falling directly into the crib. The woman notes that the clock on the dresser, just as in the dream, read 4:35 AM, and that the weather had changed to a severe storm. And this time her husband did not laugh. This is an example of a dream where the dreamer KNOWS…

Usually deciphering dreams requires disciplined attention and time to analyze them fully and accurately.

Therefore the key to dreams are:

(1) understanding the different types of dreams we have, as well as
(2) learning how to decipher dreams
(3) working with and utilizing your dreams in a practical and beneficial way.

Why do so many people have such a tough time with negativity, negative self-talk, and negative thinking? What makes that occur?

The Four Ways All Emotions are Created

There are only four ways all emotions are created, chemical or hormonal change in the body. Everything you put in your body is a chemical, right? Coffee, tea, sugar, water, alcohol, drugs, food, everything you put in you is a chemical and affects you on some level.

Inside of that same aspect is hormones. You have thirty plus hormones in your body that are continually going up and down. They’re fluctuating ongoingly because they get used up, they get old, and they have to be replaced. So chemical or hormonal change in the body is one way emotions are created.

The second way emotions are created is because of damage to the brain. I guarantee if you stand back about 50 feet from a brick wall and you run as fast as you can head first into that wall, it’s going to change how you feel quickly, right? Have a stroke, have an aneurysm, hit your head into the windshield of a car from not having your seatbelt on, bruise the brain and your emotions will rise and fall. That’s the second way, damage to the brain.

The third way emotions are created is because of your self-talk and the pictures you make up inside of your head. Everybody has a voice that talks to them in their head; we all do. It never stops talking from the time you wake up in the morning until you go to sleep at night. That voice is chattering at you. So that voice inside of your head and the pictures that it creates is the third way that emotions are created.

The fourth way emotions are created is because of something happening to your physiology. You’re too hot, you’re too cold, you’re in pain, something has occurred with your body.

Start Managing Your Self Talk

These are the four ways that emotions are created-chemical or hormonal change in the body, damage to the brain itself, your internal dialogue, the voice in your head that talks to you and the picture that it creates, or something happened within or to your physiology. Of the four ways, between 65% to 75% of all emotions are created because of your self-talk and the mental images inside of your mind.

So what are you doing to change and control that self-talk? Self-talk is just a brainwave function. Negativity, negative thinking, positive thinking, positive attitudes are all the result of your thinking processes. 65% to 75% of all emotions are created by what you’re thinking. So when you get a handle on what you’re thinking, it makes a gigantic difference on how you feel. You can rewrite those thinking patterns anytime fast.

Catching Negative Self Talk Is Crucial To Your Success

All you have to do is begin to watch that internal dialogue. When you catch that upset thinking pattern, when it’s getting negative, you have to turn it around. You have to do something about it. You have to make that voice inside of your head go back to the path where you wanted. You’ve got to send it back down the road that works for you because that negative thinking will get in your way and take away from the fun, the pleasure, the excitement, the good stuff in your life. Your success is inhibited by that negativity.

Positive thinking, positive thoughts, positive attitude are all about focusing on what you can do something about. It makes a giant difference. Every single day of positive focus can make a difference in what you do, have and become.

Taking just a couple of minutes to get more control of your thinking patterns can make a huge difference in the effectiveness of your life.

The Best of Success to You, Dr Larry Iverson.

Who would have thought that the remedy for a healthier life, mind, body and soul could be the simple use of sound? We all know that music can change our moods and lift our spirits, but do you know that music and engineered sound of different frequencies can actually unlock the subconscious and enable us to release the power of our minds to do good to our lives? For most people in the turbulent world, the subconscious is suffering from diseased perceptions and bad news syndrome – all affecting how it controls our emotions. Brainwave entrainment, the technology behind this sound healing for your subconscious, is the good doctor we all need.

How it works is actually quite simple. Some people in a sound lab discovered that the brain has different states, from alpha to theta. These mark the sort of brainwave frequencies that the brain releases during different states of our waking and sleeping life. For example, the deep sleeping human is often in alpha state, a state known for unlocking tremendous learning capabilities. This is why studies of late have proven that studying just before you sleep helps in the learning and factual retention process.

Amazed? Don’t be. Other states can help in unlocking intelligence, creativity, and even a state of euphoria. The applications are endless. How do we unlock these states? We invoke them through the use of sound. These electromagnetic brain waves can be excited when binaural beats are brought to bear. The technology works by threading these binaural beats into a CD that contains some relaxing music or music engineered to soothe the mind. These beats (which are beyond human hearing range) are introduced at different frequencies in both the right and left ear. What happens when the brain picks up these signals is a cortical response when these beats collide within the super olivary nuclei.

Ok, I am getting a bit too scientific here. The idea is that these beats create a brainwave entrainment – meaning it can evoke specific brainwave frequencies for different applications. Scientists call this consciousness management technique. So if you want to relax, meditate, reduce stress, get rid of an ailing pain, learn better, be happier, have a better outlook in life – you can use this sound technology to mimic brain states where all this can happen.

The science behind this, although developed, by current scientific standards it has not even reached the tip of our cerebrum, so to speak. More than 70% of the brain is still unlocked and research is still being carried out in these unfamiliar terrains. Who knows, in the future, we may be able to do things only Hollywood can dream of. But until then, this technology is here, it is now, and it can do nothing but help improve your life.

Find a quiet corner, sit back and put on the CD that has the binaural beats cleverly weaved into its audio structure. You will be amazed at the results and your life will be changed, simply by sound healing.

Who owns your brain? You do, and since you do, why not format it in such a way that it works best for you? Makes sense doesn’t it? Not long ago, an acquaintance asked me why I chose to format my brain, and in giving him an answer, I thought I’d share it with you also, in case you’d like to do the same and reformat your own brain. Let’s talk.

First you ask; Is this even possible?

Yes, it is possible to reformat your brain and since you own your own brain and thoughts, at least in the present period perhaps not so much in the future – Arthur C. Clarke “3001” Science Fiction novel – you should optimize your brain to think in the way you’d like to use it, or multiple ways and alternate as appropriate – there are many types of thinking, reasoning, and thought processes – many ways to store and retrieve information.

It’s not a matter of thinking inside the box, or around the box, but both and “What If” the box is removed? A person can categorize everything if they wish, but may not then be able to combine information outside the category for which they are observing or thinking in, this does not mean the human brain is not well-served with a “filing system” it certainly can be, but also realize that “everything is related to everything else” merely because it is part of the observable human endeavor, but things outside that observed still exist and we know that because we are continually observing new things and adding to our memory (faithful servant – cite: Einstein), so we know things exist outside our experiences and current observations, and curiosity should be rewarded with a splash of pleasurable brain chemicals when we find something contrary to what we’d have expected.

This isn’t hard, the N400 brainwave allows for this tickling of new ironic information and will allow us the “ah ha” moment triggering a hard imprintation. Rejoice in the novelty of hypocrisy, irony, semantic break, humor, and out of place events contrary to expected patterns, this helps narrow down one’s probability when judging and interpreting. Just as we should celebrate diversity, yet never force it. Look and search out the unique and nuance as there are hidden clues everywhere, components needed for combination and creativity in problem solving. I can teach an AI machine to be creative, it’s not that hard once you become one with creativity. You can too. Think on this.

Who else wants to become more psychic? Does the idea of astral projection appeal to you? How about having your first out of body experience, or even developing the ability to MOVE items with your mind! (don’t laugh… PK is a well known ability that many special people develop and I’m NOT talking about in the movies.)

I’ve been practicing some amazing psychic exercises over the last 8 months or so, and if I told you the sorts of experiences I’ve been able to have, the simple truth is that you wouldn’t believe me! So rather than try to convince you of MY abilities, I’m going to share with you the very simple technique i used to become FAR more psychic, much more spiritually aware, and FAR more excited, enthusiastic and joyful about my life as a result.

So what is the secret to boosting psychic powers LITERALLY overnight?

Sculpt your brainwaves! Use special sound technology to entrain your brain. If you can learn to control, refine and re-define how your brain works with “exercise,” you will literally PUSH the boundaries of what you now believe is possible in ways you simply can’t yet comprehend.

Meditation is the first step. But using brain entrainment music, or sound technology is a PROVEN way to explosively expand your consciousness in ways that will permanently shift the way you see the world. Science is increasingly PROVING that the brain is “elastic” and can be stretched and developed with stimulation. Combining meditation, with binural beats and hemi sync sounds is literally a way to open your mind to the infinite, and explore worlds and dimensions that you simply do NOT have access to in ordinary states of consciousness. (and completely SAFELY to boot!)
Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Whilst there are hundreds of books, therapies, drugs, herbal remedies, self help courses and specialist activities available for reducing stress, there are still only two ways to have less stress in your life. Firstly remove the cause of the stress. Secondly, find ways to reduce its impact. Put like that it sounds so simple and easy, but the reality is that when you are stuck in the middle of the wood, it’s hard to see the trees.

As in many things, it’s often the natural simple things that can have the most beneficial effect so don’t be fooled by the ‘low tech, back to basis’ style of these suggestions. They are all based on our senses, the five ways that we directly experience life. And most of the suggestions below are free and don’t involve chemicals!

Stimulate the five senses.

Smell – Lavender oil has long been known for its ability to relieve tension and ease stress. Put a few drops on your pillow at night or by day consider keeping a tissue nearby that has been laced with its distinctive aroma.

Taste – Stress strips the body of vital vitamins, especially B and C. And if you rely on high caffeine intake to cope, this also depletes your supplies of vitamin C. So have something good to eat. I will make you feel better and help to replace those lost vitamins. Complex carbohydrates will induce the release of serotonin making you feel calm.

Sight – A daily ‘nature hit’ is essential to our wellbeing. 1980’s study showed that patients recovering from operations recovered more quickly when their view was of nature, plants and trees rather than more urban features such as roads, walls and buildings. So to reduce stress, why not take time out to surround yourself with nature?

Hearing – Meditating by focussing on a single sound can alter brainwave patterns to alpha which are naturally relaxing. Alternatively if you don’t want to spend months learning how to meditate then listen to a binaural beat recording instead. A binaural beat of 4.9hz will produce exactly the same calming alpha state.

Feeling – One symptom of stress is quick and shallow breathing. This starves the body of fresh oxygen, so breathe from the stomach rather than the chest – this also helps to expel stale air that can accumulate in the lower lungs. Breathe slowly and deeply and concentrate on making the out breath longer than the in breath, this naturally reduces stress.

The important thing is that whatever you do, do something. For example you could take a deep breath right now, hold it and exhale slowly… Trust your instincts and rely on your five senses to lead you out of that stressful wood.

Brainwave Entrainment What Is Biofeedback?

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

While you could argue that the history of biofeedback dates to the mid-1800s, biofeedback and its effects were not really studied until more than a hundred years later. By the 1970s, biofeedback had garnered an impressive following, especially in psychology and psychological research. Today, biofeedback is considered a process by which subjects can gain greater awareness and even control of a wide range of physiological functions. Through the use of biofeedback machines, individuals gain important information about the activity of various systems so that they can ultimately learn to manipulate said systems voluntarily. In current practice, biofeedback is used to improve both physical and emotional health through greater understanding of physiological processes and the thoughts, emotions, and behaviours with which these processes are associated.

In the simplest terms, there are 3 components to biofeedback. First, the ultimate purpose of biofeedback is to allow individuals to learn how to change physiological activity so that they can improve health and performance. In order to learn how to manipulate physiological activity, individuals rely on precise instruments that measure things like brainwaves, heart function, breathing, muscle activity, and skin temperature to provide rapid and accurate feedback information. Finally, once the individual is presented with this information, s/he can draw conclusions about changes in thinking, emotions, and behaviour that coincide with physiological changes so that over time the individual can make physiological changes without the continued need to use these instruments.

Examples of Biofeedback Machines

There are a wide range of devices used to provide biofeedback. The electromyography (EMG), feedback thermometers, the electrodermograph (EDG), the electroencephalograph (EEG), and the electrocardiograph (ECG) are just a few examples of devices that may be used to provide biofeedback.

EMG machines detect muscle activity in skeletal muscles that are responsible for initiating muscle contraction. EMG biofeedback has been found to be useful in treating anxiety, chronic pain, hypertension, headache, and low back pain.

Feedback Thermometers detect skin temperature as a reflection of arteriole diameter. As hand cooling and hand warming are processes controlled by separate mechanisms, regulation requires different skills. Feedback thermometers and temperature biofeedback are often used to treat chronic pain, stress, and edema.

EDG machines directly measure electrical activity in the skin through electrodes placed over the fingers, hand, or wrist. EDG biofeedback is also useful for anxiety as well as hyperhidrosis and stress.

EEGs measure brain activity through sensors placed on the scalp over the human cortex. EEGs record both excitatory and inhibitory responses and can therefore yield a great deal of information. EEGs are used in biofeedback treatment of addiction, learning disabilities, depression, and generalized seizures.

Finally, ECG machines require that electrodes are placed on the torso, wrists, or legs to measure heart activity; they have been used clinically as biofeedback treatments for asthma, COPD, fibromyalgia, and even heart disease.

Biofeedback is a rapidly growing field of practice and research that can be applied to a great deal of physical and emotional conditions. As the field becomes more popular, biofeedback machines are more available and affordable than ever before; and many experts view biofeedback as an exciting field with many implications for future medical treatments.

Brainwave Entrainment Hypnosis Versus Brainwave Entrainment – Which Has Been Scientifically Proven?

While well documented, the issue with traditional hypnosis is that often comes into a mind field of speculation as a proven process to change the mind and promote healing. Many critics of hypnosis call it a sham at worst and that hypnotists have not had a great success in the past few years. It has never been placed under the purview of science and many have called it a lore at best. The power of suggestion has always been a contentious issue; and the placing the subconscious mind in the hand of another is a subject that has been argued back and forth.

Let me simplify this for you, the entire reason behind hypnosis is that it breaks the barrier that the conscious mind has placed and lets the hypnosis speak directly to the subconscious. Instructions and motivational word are placed within this intangible area of the mind and thus we are reprogrammed.

The logic is similar under brainwave entrainment, but what is different about this is that this is technology, the use of engineered and sculpted sounds or magnetic fields to invoke the cortical of the cerebrum into a specific electromagnetic pattern. Hypnotism just aims for a single pattern – which is not measurable and thus hopes for the best. Results have been sketchy at best and no known testimonials exist on its power to truly change someone’s personality or to empower someone to be better.

While I am no expert on hypnosis, the fact of the matter is that brainwave entrainment invokes specific electromagnetic measurable patterns that are associated with different strengths. For those still in the dark, the brain fires neurons and sends out electronic impulses all the time, and machines are able to measure the frequency in hertz of the pattern that is being produced.

Different states of awareness and sleep produce certain different patterns and their applications have been proven. Depending on the frequency of the brain, states of super learning, mental agility, creativity and even utmost peace of mind can be achieved. The problem is we can’t place ourselves into a meditative state at will and call upon these frequencies – very few people in the world can actually do this. If you need to be a super learner, all you need is to invoke the specific pattern (one associated with a state of sleep-wakefulness). There is absolutely no danger here as all you are doing asking your brain to do something that it does naturally.

These facts have been scientifically proven. Science and medicine have been investigating into the power of brainwave entrainment for the past few decades and its applications especially in healing have been amazing. Brainwave entrainment is the new ‘IT’ thing in the business of personal development and the reason it is so popular is because it has been proven to work. The mind is a powerful thing and once you find out how to control it, can you take on the world.

So what are you waiting for? Change your life today with brainwave entrainment.
