Brainwave Entrainment Positive Mind Control Programming To Improve Your Life

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

With mind control programming methods such as brainwave entrainment technology, the road to improving one’s life and to achieve great success is not as far as some people think. Brainwave entrainment allows you to unlock your mind’s true potential, which is a key aspect for self-improvement in your life. Every human being has the potential to multiply their ability, including learning, concentration, and memory and so on by use of brainwave entrainment methods.

Brainwave technology has been in use for many years, but it has only gained popularity in recent years as people continue discovering its benefits. It is sometimes referred to as ‘brainwave synchronization’; brainwave entrainment covers all the practices aimed at causing the brain’s frequency to fall into the intended state of mind. This is usually done by using special medical software. The human brain exists in different states depending on what an individual is doing, their activity levels and their consciousness of the surrounding.

Each of these states can bring out various gifts from within a person ranging from an increased mental ability, enhancement in their IQ, increased mental focus and alertness levels. Other states bring about relaxation, improved immune system and sleep patterns, stress relief, improved health, etc., while others accelerate a person’s learning abilities. All these modes of positive mind control programming can be easily brought about by the use of brainwave entrainment methods such as listening to binaural beats. Binaural beats are not only readily available, but they are also easy to use. How do binaural beats work? Binaural beats introduce sculpted sounds with varying frequencies into the ear. This difference is picked by the cortical located in the cerebral cortex.

After picking up the different frequencies, the cortical fires the neurons to produce a frequency state, which matches that of the frequency variations from the binaural beats. Simply put, using binaural beats enables one to bring about a certain state of mind depending on the goal they want to achieve. If one needs to become more creative, to re-programme their minds or to get better mental focus, then brainwave entrainment can help them. Unlike hypnosis, one does not require any form of training to use the method, and neither is there a learning curve. With brainwave, particularly binaural beats, one just needs to plug the earphones in and play a CD in a quiet room.

In addition, using brainwave entrainment for positive mind control programming has been proven scientifically. The method has been used widely in the scientific and medical fields to harness mind power and to create positive thoughts, which are integral aspects in the healing process. The technology is popular in these fields because it targets specific problems. For instance, if one needs to think better, the Beta wave frequencies are targeted. If one desires to learn more or to absorb more information the Alpha wave frequencies are targeted and so on. This means that whatever the area one wants to improve in their lives, there is a certain frequency that can be invoked to yield the expected results.
Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

This ‘frequency following’ response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ‘entrain’ to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

THE HYPE
There is a lot of marketing hype around brainwave entrainment. It is sold with promises of increasing IQ, promoting weight loss, ‘mind-tripping’, enhancing creativity, concentration, inducing spiritual states and more.

While these claims are not entirely true, they are not altogether false either. In practice, the claims are based on an overly-simplistic view of how the brain and the brainwaves function.
THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person’s starting position, entrainment can be rather ‘hit and miss’.

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you’re probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain’s strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

With every passing day more and more rumors are being generated by the ever-productive online rumor mill with regards to the release of Sony’s PS4. The PS4 is the working name given to the PS3 sequel expected to hit shelves within the next 12-18 months. There has been no official word on the console from developers Sony yet, but this of course hasn’t stopped wild speculation that development will begin soon which is founded on several factors:

– Consoles tend to last for around six years before a sequel is released which is backed up by the gaps between PS1, PS2 and PS3.
– Nintendo is already beginning to leak information regarding its Wii sequel currently codenamed ‘Project Cafe’.
– PC graphics are beginning to leave console graphics behind, and games like the Uncharted series seem to have pushed the PS3 as far as it can go in terms of graphics capability and physics.

This all suggests we might see a PS4 on the market some time soon and rumors and speculation seem to support this theory.

So what can we expect from a PS4 once it arrives? Well first of all we should expect a giant jump forward in power and this has been noted in all previous examples of games consoles with the general trend being for consoles to roughly double in terms of their performance. This would result in photo-realistic graphics and that in turn would continue the trend towards more cinematic gameplay for the games. It is fair to anticipate that this graphical leap will be most pronounced for the PS4 as PlayStation has always aimed at the ‘core gamer’ market – the market of gamers who like realism and shoot ’em ups and who are generally an older male demographic. This is in stark opposition to, for instance, Nintendo, who tend to instead aim their products at a younger family market and both genders. This also means we can expect fewer ‘gimmicks’ when it comes to Sony. True to form on the other hand the Project Cafe has already been revealed to feature a controller with its own monitor. That said, it will be interesting to see whether the success of the Wii, Kinect and Move lead to any developments in controller technology – something like a motion sensor in the controller for instance.

Sony have also shown an interest lately into moving into the arena of downloadable content – as proven by the PS Go which featured entirely downloadable games. Something similar for a new home PlayStation device wouldn’t be out of the question then especially with the success of games on the PlayStation Network online service.

There are also many new technologies being constantly developed that could be implemented for a future PlayStation. For instance controllers that pick up brainwaves have always been shown to be possible and more and more devices and companies are now using the concept of a ‘cloud’ for storing information remotely. Perhaps we’ll see these in the next console or perhaps that won’t be a reality until the first 9th generation console…

Brainwave Entrainment Golf Hypnosis – The Truth Behind the Secret Mental Training Method of the Pro’s

With an ever increasing emphasis on the mental side of golf, training techniques such as visualization, mental rehearsal, and mental imagery have become common terms on golf courses and used frequently among commentators on television. While many are aware of these mental training techniques, most are unaware that the key ingredient that supercharges these techniques is actually hypnosis. The point most often left out of the majority of golf psychology books and discussions about these mental golf training techniques is the relaxed mental state the elite golfers get into before going through these processes.

Hypnosis is the secret ingredient to getting the true benefits of these techniques. Just like mental imagery and visualization, hypnosis is also rooted in science and has proven to be effective in a vast number of research studies including golf performance. This article was written to shed a light a truth on what hypnosis really is. You will discover the science behind hypnosis, what a hypnotist really does to a golfer when hypnotizing them, and what effects hypnosis had on a Senior European Tour player.

To understand how hypnosis works you must first understand a little bit about your brainwaves. Research using an electroencephalography, or EEG, has revealed that the human mind oscillates between 4 predominate brainwaves; beta, alpha, theta, and delta. Beta brainwaves, which are short and fast, occur when you are fully awake and alert. On the opposite end of the spectrum there are delta brainwaves which occur when you are deep asleep and unconscious. In between these two are alpha and theta brainwaves. Alpha brainwaves are associated with relaxed awareness similar to daydreaming or performing in the zone on the golf course. While theta brainwaves are connected with light stages of sleep, deep hypnosis, and meditation. Research has also shown that alpha and theta brainwaves are the ones associated with learning, and the predominate brainwaves we used as children when we achieved big feats of learning like how to speak a language.

Contrary to what Hollywood wants you to think, hypnosis is not some alternate reality a person slips into. EEG research has proven that the electrical currents (brainwaves) in the brain during hypnosis are the same as meditation, deep prayer states, lucid dreaming, and deep relaxation to name a few. All of these natural mental states are the same in their essence which is experiencing alpha and theta brainwaves, but each method achieves these states and makes use of these brainwaves differently.

For example, what separates hypnosis from meditation, is not the state of mind, which is the same, but how the state of mind is achieved and is being used. Since hypnosis is deliberately using alpha and theta brainwaves to elicit changes in behavior and accelerate learning, it is easy to understand that hypnosis is a communication process that takes place while in these naturally occurring brainwaves.

It is important to understand that hypnosis is not a state of mind, but a powerful communication process that has three distinct purposes.

First, to deliberately slow down the brainwaves to alpha and theta through suggestions for physical and mental relaxation.

Second, to use suggestions to maintain these brainwave states in order to utilize more mental resources and functions not normally accessible while in a full waking state, or beta brainwaves.

Third, to communicate positive new suggestions and ideas to the subconscious mind while in this receptive state to accelerate learning and integrate new behaviors.

Hypnosis Works because it is a communication process that guides people back into the natural super learning states of mind that everyone experienced as a child.

Hypnotists don’t actually “do” anything to their clients. They can’t force a person to change or possess the power to bestow people with special abilities they didn’t have before. Hypnosis is a “Do With” process and not a “Do To.” The way that hypnotists help people is by serving two important roles: a teacher and a guide.

Hypnotists teach people how to re-access the super learning states within them through agreed-upon suggestions in a deeply relaxed,”learning” state of mind. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, which means that even when being guided by a hypnotist, it is still a process of self-improvement that is generated from within the person and not from an outside source. Hypnotists teach people how they can use their minds more productively to create positive solutions in their life.

Hypnotists also act as guides in this self-improvement process. This is priceless because by having a skilled guide to assist with the communication, it allows the client to simply absorb information instead of having to consciously provide it to themselves, which could accelerate the brainwaves and take a person out of their relaxed, learning states of mind. A guide enables a person to learn through absorbing information like we all did as a child, which gives the person the power to once again experience accelerated learning without conscious effort.

When a person gets hypnotized, they aren’t entering into a mystical place or an alternate reality where magical things happen and their life suddenly improves. What is really occurring when a person is hypnotized? They have simply relaxed their mind and body, which slowed down the electrical currents occurring in the brain. When the electrical currents are slowed and the brain is experiencing alpha and theta brainwaves, then more of the brain is active and in use as modern research suggests.

As the brainwaves reduce speed through the acceptance of suggestions for relaxation, left hemisphere mental activity like critical thinking and analysis decreases while right hemisphere mental activity such as creative thinking, creative problem-solving, and imagination increases. This allows a person to make use of their subconscious mind and apply more mental energy to the achievement of one specific goal.

Learning expert, Suzanne Evans Morris, echoes these points in her work and reports, “The presence of theta patterns in the brain has been associated with states of increased receptivity for learning and reduced filtering of information by the left hemisphere. This creates an internal physiological environment for learning which involves the whole brain. “(Evans Morris 1989)

It is no longer a question of “if” hypnosis works, we know that it does as confirmed by scientific research. Master hypnotist, Tom Silver and the legendary, Ormond McGill, supports this thought in their book, Hypnotism, saying, “It is important to realize that there is indeed a way of monitoring levels of hypnosis using scientific medical devices such as the EEG machine. This type of monitoring levels of hypnosis is factual science and validates the true reality of hypnosis.”(Silver and McGill 2003)

John Pates of the University of Derby in the United Kingdom studied the effects of hypnosis on an elite Senior European Tour player. The participant in the study was a 52 year old male, with 2 years of Senior European Tour playing experience, but with no tour event wins and no previous mental training by a qualified practitioner. The golfer met with the hypnotist once a week for a live personal hypnosis session and was given an audio hypnosis session to listen to each day in between sessions. This was done each week and over the course of 11 tournaments.

The results of the study showed that the hypnosis sessions significantly effected performance in a positive way and lowered the golfer’s scoring average from a mean score of 72.8 to a mean score of 68.6, which for a golfer at this elite of a level it is a tremendous difference. The results also showed that the hypnosis sessions consistently improved golf performance and intensity of the flow state during real competitions from a mean flow score of 119.3 to a mean flow score of 151.6 as measured by the Flow State Scale. In addition, the hypnosis interventions helped increased the participant’s prize money and, after just 3 weeks into the study, the participant won his first Senior European Tour event. Pates reports, “The results of the study indicate that a hypnotic intervention may be an effective way of preparing professional golfers for significant competitions.” (Pates 2013)

With all the guided meditation CD products on the market today you might think that they are a sure fire way to revolutionizing your life, right? Well, yes and no…

Are you confused? Let me explain: The benefits of meditation are undeniable. I mean, for literally thousands of years now meditation techniques have been helping people to develop a state of tranquility, calmness, and inner peace, and also to help them grow as a person on many levels.

Ok, so because meditation can be highly beneficial, it stands to reason that listening to guided meditation CD’s should also be highly beneficial as well right?

Well, that all depends on a few different things:

1. What is your purpose for meditating?
2. The quality and effectiveness of the guided meditation you listen to

Now, for the sake of this article I am just going to assume that most people are looking to meditate to become more relaxed, reduce stress and to work towards achieving an overall state of well being in their lives. That would be pretty good right?

To achieve this, you would actually be pretty safe in purchasing a large percentage of the guided meditation CD products on the market today, simply because they are typically made up of soothing music and sometimes have a person guiding you with words into a meditative state. So far so good.

Will these products work? Generally speaking yes. If you listen to them on a daily basis and practice meditating with them you will definitely get benefits, as long as you are effective at focusing and quieting your mind down into a deeply relaxed state.

Now, this is where a lot of people run into trouble! They simply cannot allow their minds to ‘let go’ or to keep the ‘mind chatter’ at bay long enough to actually quiet their mind and receive the benefits they are seeking from doing the meditation in the first place…

So if you are the type of person that has trouble focusing on things, relaxing and keeping your mind from being overactive (which is a large percentage of the population!) then purchasing the usual type of guided meditation products can actually be a bit of a waste of time and money for you! I mean, over time you might be able to get better at meditating and get some benefit, but the cold hard reality is that a lot of people get fed up with the whole thing and give up before they have really gotten anywhere…

Now, how can you overcome this common problem with meditation? Simply by choosing to practice using a specific type of guided meditation, that is scientifically based, proven and can in fact be guaranteed to guide your mind down into the deep meditative states of mind that you are seeking!

Sounds too good to be true doesn’t it? Well, the type of meditation I am talking about uses special audio technology to ‘train your brain’ using scientifically based frequencies woven into soothing sound tracks that will after just 6 minutes of listening to them, will guide your mind into specific brainwave frequencies that provide you with all the amazing benefits of meditation!

The best part is, because this type of recording is engineered to guide your mind automatically into the right brainwave state, you don’t have to worry about whether or not you are meditating effectively or not… The hard work is all done for you! You just simply put on your headphones, kick back relax and listen and let your mind be taken where it needs to go!

Brainwave Entrainment Learn Easy Meditation Techniques to Reduce Stress

With all of the stress in our lives these days, it would be helpful to find some easy meditation techniques to reduce stress. Everyone is short of time and it’s very difficult to clear our minds in order to get effective stress reduction results from meditation.

One method of an easy meditation technique is to use brainwave entrainment or binaural beats. Traditional methods such as yoga or Tai Chi require extensive learning periods with an instructor and a lot of practice. Using binaural beats is something that you can train yourself to do.

Binaural beats involve wearing stereo headphones and inputting different frequencies into each ear. Let’s say for example a 200 Hz beat is heard in one ear and a 210 Hz beat is input into the other. The brain “hears” the difference between the two frequencies and adjust itself to that differential. In effect, the brain creates a “third” frequency and assumes that frequency.

Brainwave frequencies typical run from a high of Beta (up to 40 Hz) down to the lowest of Delta range (1-4Hz). For meditation purposes, the brain functions in the mid-ranges of Alpha and Theta.

If you are trying to control your thoughts and breathing, you can do this on your own, but it takes learning and practice. Brainwave entrainment shortens this process and you will be able to feel the results almost immediately.

Binaural beats can be embedded in pleasing background music that you would normally relax listening to. This could be classical, nature sounds, or New Age. You can use whatever type of music you prefer, just as long as it’s relaxing. By using binaural beats embedded in music, you won’t actually be aware that they’re there, but you will feel the effects.

In order for brainwave entrainment to be effective, you must still be able to try and control your negative thoughts and not let them interfere with your meditation. You have to find a comfortable location that is quiet and not distracting. You have to allow yourself to relax.

With all of the negativity that surrounds us, it can be difficult to maintain or improve your confidence. However, with effective meditation and positive change in the subconscious mind, a lack of confidence can be overcome. Listening to a binaural beats mp3 makes the meditation process easier and your will be better able to get quicker results.

Studies have shown that the subconscious mind controls 90% of our daily thoughts and activities. It controls how we deal with problems, how we interact with other people, and what we think about ourselves. When your subconscious mind is filled with negative thoughts and convictions, then these feelings will be apparent to other people. It also means that we will deal with life’s problems with negative expectation and a defeatist attitude. Be sure of one thing. There will be new challenges every day and these need to be met with a positive attitude.

Therefore our objective is to get to work and made positive changes in the subconscious mind. We have to be able to access that gloomy and dark domain of the subconscious and throw out the negative and harmful conviction. These are the detrimental beliefs that have built up over the years and are now blocking our desire to feel good about ourselves. Any kind of positive thoughts that we try to have is overrun by this accumulated ball of negativity.

In order to reconstruct the subconscious from a quagmire of negativity into a foundation of positive influence, we must put the brain into the corrective brainwave frequency. Changes in the subconscious mind can only be effectively done when brainwave activity is in the alpha and theta frequency ranges. This can be accomplished by meditating. Meditation lowers brainwave activity from the most active state of beta into those meditative ranges of alpha and theta.

It is easier to meditate while listening to a binaural beats mp3. Binaural beats recordings are designed especially to coax the brain more easily into the theta and alpha frequency ranges. Most of the time, a meditative states can be reached in just about 10 minutes of concentrated meditation. It will be much easier than trying to meditate without using the binaural beats mp3s. The reality is that effective meditation can be achieved if you have had good instruction and some hours of practice, it’s just easier with the help of the binaural beats recordings.

Building up your confidence doesn’t have to be a futile effort and it doesn’t have to be made difficult. You will have to allocate the time and effort but if you stick to a regular and consistent meditation program, the results will come.

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

With all of the daily problems that we face now, it would be helpful to find a relaxation technique for relieving stress.

Stress reduction can be addressed through proper and balanced diet, getting regular exercise, more effective and productive time management, and regular meditation. One of the most effective and productive of these areas is meditation.

Meditation techniques can be learned through Tai Chi and yoga. Typically these require attending classes or obtaining private instruction. It takes some time to learn the proper procedures and can take a few years of practice to become truly proficient at either Tai Chi or yoga.

If you would to achieve more immediate results, you can get assistance from incorporating binaural beats recordings into your meditation periods. These recording are easy to use and require very little in training and practice to achieve immediate results.

Binaural beats are a procedure of wearing headphones and introducing brainwave frequencies of different wavelengths into each ear. For example, let’s say you hear a frequency of 200 Hz in one ear and 210 Hz in the other ear. The brain synchronizes the two different frequencies and creates a third wavelength of 10 Hz.

The brain operates in the following brainwave ranges:

Beta (13-40 Hz)
Alpha (8-13 Hz)
Theta (4-8 Hz)
Delta (1-4 Hz)

Through the use of binaural beats recordings you can therefore cause the brain to move into the meditative states of Alpha and Theta. All you have to do is relax and let the recordings do their job.

Binaural beats recordings embedded into pleasant background music such as New Age, nature sounds, or classical. You can select whatever type of background music that you want.

Binaural beats recordings are an excellent relaxation technique for people who don’t have much time on their hands and who don’t want to go through long learning periods and practice.

Brainwave Entrainment Inattentive ADHD: Just Like Winnie the Pooh

Winnie the Pooh is the classic picture of Inattentive ADHD. In other works we have called this “Space Cadet” style ADHD. These are people that suffer from “brain fog” as they go through their day. Although Pooh is very lovable and kind, he is also inattentive, sluggish, slow-moving, unmotivated. He is a classic daydreamer.
People with this type of ADHD are often easily distracted, and have problems staying focused on boring tasks, like homework or cleaning. Their ability to pay attention to a task that is not interesting, or is hard, is limited. They will often daydream when others are talking to him/her, They will often lose things, and cannot find anything that they have just put down somewhere. They are often late. And they are often easily bored.
This type of ADHD is caused by the prefrontal cortex of the brain actually slowing down (instead of brain activity speeding up) when placed under a work load, like reading or doing homework. This part of the brain looks normal when “at rest” but actually looks like it is starting to fall asleep when asked to “go to work.” This makes it very hard to pay attention to school work, get homework done, listen to the teacher, clean your room, and so on.
We have actually observed this hundreds of times with subjects on an EEG. When at rest, the brainwave activity is pretty normal. But once the subject is asked to read, or to do a math worksheet, the subject’s brainwave activity begins to look like the subject is falling asleep. This sure makes school hard for these students!
Winnie the Pooh style inattention is seen mostly in girls. It responds well to stimulants, such as ritalin and adderall, but other interventions work well also. We recommend our Eating Program to start with. In addition, we recommend ATTEND for ADHD symptoms and MEMORIN for increased focus and concentration to task.
The ATTEND contains L-Tyrosine. It also contains GABA, DL-Phenylalyne, Ginko, Pycnogenol and Grape Seed Extracts, 5-HTP, pregnenolone, DMAE, and more. See the ATTEND ingredients list. The MEMORIN contains more Ginko, plus lots of Phosphatidyl Serine and other phosphatidyls, and more pregnenolone. Together these nutraceutical medicines can make a very positive impact on children and teens, without the need for stimulant medications.

Brainwave Entrainment Change Your Beliefs to Change Your Life

Wikipedia defines a fundamental unit to be “a set of units for physical quantities from which every other unit can be generated”. With this in mind we might want to think about what the fundamental unit is for success. Success is something we all strive for in life but very few of us know how to truly obtain it. We live a life of inner conflict where we have goals, desires and dreams that we want but very few of us are able to obtain them.

The reason is simply one of congruence. Our desires (which are conscious beliefs and desires) are in conflict with our inner beliefs (which are operating at the subconscious level). We may want to be more focused and disciplined in going to the gym or even just more patient with a loved one but there are subconscious beliefs that influence our decisions more powerfully than our conscious ones.

Anyone who has ever been on a diet knows about this struggle. You know its bad to eat something yet you’ll eat it anyways. This doesn’t just happen with diets and weight loss but with just about every thing we work towards in life. The same subconscious sabotage occurs when we want to ask for a raise, interview for jobs or deal with relationship issues.

So how do you overcome subconscious sabotage? The thing is you really can’t overcome it. You can’t align the beliefs of the subconscious mind with the conscious mind through conscious effort. Most personal development programs attempt to do this by stressing the importance of affirmations, taking action and goal setting.

I’m not here to tell you those strategies don’t work because if you follow them all faithfully I know you’ll see some results in your life. But if you want results that are fast, meaningful and permanent than these strategies alone aren’t enough. To radically alter our subconscious beliefs we need to dig in deep and the most powerful way of doing so is through hypnotherapy and brain wave entrainment technology.

Hypnotherapy places us into a naturally occurring altered state of mind where our negative beliefs can be erased permanently. Doctors outside the US use hypnotherapy to control pain in pregnant women who are in labor. That’s right without drugs and medication these women are painlessly giving birth to newborn babies because they believe the pain isn’t necessary.

Once they believe the pain isn’t necessary the body doesn’t feel pain. Imagine what’s possible in our every day life if we were to use hypnotherapy for erasing negative beliefs, eliminating fear from our lives or possibly even invoking the Law of Attraction!

Along with hypnotherapy there is also brainwave entrainment. The human mind operates at certain frequencies and periods of productivity, receptiveness to change and positive feelings are associated with certain frequencies. The science behind brainwave entrainment (also known as binaural beats) is that by listening to these frequencies more and more our minds are naturally trained to stay in these hyper productive states.

Once you’ve found a collection of high quality hypnotherapy audios and binaural beats I recommend you listen to them leisurely first thing in the morning. You don’t even have to get out of bed. I keep these audios on my iPhone and listen to them with my iPhone’s headsets as soon as my alarm goes off.

I always start off with a binaural beat track and switch over to a hypnotherapy audio. It’s thirty minutes of deep meditative peace that leaves me feeling refreshed, energized and ready to take on the world!
