Brainwave Entrainment Achieve Success by Harnessing the Hidden Power of the Mind

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

While scientifically “clumsy” as this may sound, the mind is an untapped source of power that has been living in blissful ignorance to the rest of humanity – the very owners of this untapped power. Achieve success by harnessing the hidden power of the mind is not just a statement thrown together to make an interesting article; it is more of a push in the direction of personal development that we all need. We are operating on less than 50% of what the mind is capable of and in the sense of the many tests and obstacles that we experience in our existence, we are quite at a disadvantage. Learn faster and tackle more complex problems as the days go by.

Evolution through experience should be the name of the game when it comes to the mind and this is entirely possible with new technology that is emerging at a rapid pace. But where is this dampening field coming from? Well, this can be traced back to the developmental stages of when we were children and how the processes of critical thinking and rational thought were developed. As children, we thought in purely reactive terms and the subconscious mind was much more at play than when we were adults.

During this period, the brain develops certain talents, and in the case of the world’s human population, different people will peak in different areas. For example, this explains why some people are more talented in certain areas than others, some are better able to handle mathematical calculations, some are better at being creative and some even have a better threshold for concentration. These are not special personal talents; in fact, these are just the heightened capabilities of the mind that we are all capable of if we just put our mind to it – pun intended. The mind works in various stages of brainwave development, where the millions and billions of neurons in the cortical of the brain fire electromagnetic pulses that show up as frequency readings on sensitive equipment.

The correlation of the readings and ‘super’ states of the mind simply point to one thing. When we as children were developing our mental faculties, through our exposures and our learning, certain aspects of our brain were switched on to full power due to the influence of what psychologists called subliminal and subconscious learning. While in actuality, all of our brainpower should have been activated, we are not subject to the mental learning processes optimal for full development and usually, when the critical mental defences of our awareness are fully built, this is quite difficult to change.

The only way to reverse this is through advanced brainwave and induction technology like affirmation, biofeedback and brainwave entrainment. Through this breakthrough in modern science, we are able to change how our brain works through periods of progressive therapy easily done at home and get the brain that we always wanted. Thanks to brainwave technology, we can now achieve success by harnessing the hidden power of the mind.
Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

This ‘frequency following’ response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ‘entrain’ to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

THE HYPE
There is a lot of marketing hype around brainwave entrainment. It is sold with promises of increasing IQ, promoting weight loss, ‘mind-tripping’, enhancing creativity, concentration, inducing spiritual states and more.

While these claims are not entirely true, they are not altogether false either. In practice, the claims are based on an overly-simplistic view of how the brain and the brainwaves function.
THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person’s starting position, entrainment can be rather ‘hit and miss’.

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you’re probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain’s strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

Brainwave Entrainment Types of Persuasion and the Importance of Reading People – 10 Tips For Reading People’s Minds

While not everyone is not able to master types of persuasion or telepathy there are some ways for anyone to learn how to tell what the other person is thinking. These ways vary and take many factors into consideration. For it to work you need to know what you’re doing and be open. There is much emphasis in the many types of persuasion you can use on people in today’s world and these ten tips will help you to learn to read people’s minds and use it to your advantage.

Tip 1: Body Language

You can tell a lot about the person’s feelings and thoughts by the way their body is positioned. For instance, if their knees are facing more towards you direction chances are they are interested in way you have to say. This is one of the methods in which you must trust your instincts.

Tip 2: Eye movement

By using types of persuasion you can usually tell what the person is doing mentally by the position of their eyes. If they look slightly upward and to the left they are generally trying to create a mental image whereas if they are doing the same but to the right, they are generally trying to remember something.

Tip 3: Brain Activity

There have found a piece of technology that can take the brainwaves and display them on a screen and scientists can look at these images and tell by the lighted areas what the person is looking at or feeling.

Tip 4: Eyes at mid level

Another thing to remember about types of persuasion are the eyes looking at the middle level can tell you what they are responding to with sound. Eyes to left, they are trying to create the sound in their head, eyes to the right they are usually trying to figure out the sound.

Tip 5: Voice

A person’s tone and volume of their voice can tell you volumes about the truth or emotion behind the words.

Tip 6: Other People

If you don’t know the person judging the reactions from others around them can tell you the truth of what they are telling or the seriousness behind the message. Use types of persuasion to find out.

Tip 7: Speed of speech

The person’s tone is one way to tell what they are thinking but the overall speed of their speech can clue you in on the seriousness or urgency of what they are trying to tell you.

Tip 8: Breathing

Breathing is a big indicator of how the person is feeling or what they are feeling. For instance, in distress individuals tend to breath faster and shallower than others. The types of persuasion that look deeper into their actions will help to determine the meaning behind their breath.

Tip 9: Facial expressions

The importance of reading facial expressions is unavoidable on this one. The way the person’s face is positioned or distorted can tell you the emotional feelings of the person. For instance an angry person would probably have a scowl.

Tip 10: Putting it all together

You will need to take all of these tips and put them together to paint an accurate representation of the person’s mental and emotional position. If you follow all of these tips and add them up correctly you will have learnt to use types of persuasion to read other people’s minds.

Brainwave Entrainment How You Can Reap the Benefit of Green Tea

While not classified as a medicine, green tea contains many beneficial medicinal substances. It has been used in China for medicinal purposes for nearly five cenuries. However, it is not merely ancient folk practices which have shown many a benefit of tea. In more recent times, research carried out by universities and other institutions have brought to light exciting results.

Among these are the ability of tea to benefit the treatment of various types of cancer, diabetes, as well as obesity (weight loss). Add to these the benefit of green tea’s other nutrients, for example, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, and it is easy to see why tea has been a valuable tool for achieving good health for millennia.

Benefit of tea in fighting cancer: Japanese university studies have shown that a chief type of antioxidant contained in tea which goes by the abbreviated name of EGCG slows the growth of cancer cells significantly. This benefit of green tea was achieved by the equivalent of drinking two or three cups daily. The study included lung, prostate and breast cancer.

Other university studies in both Europe and Great Britain have shown that tea consumption raises the metabolic rate through a process called thermogenesis. This elevated rate improves insulin sensitivity and glucose tolerance–providing a more even level of blood sugar, which is helpful in the treatment and management of diabetes.

Benefit of tea regarding mental alertness: (Who couldn’t use more of this?) According to a September, 2007 clinical trial, green tea, specifically the amino acid L-theanine, increases alpha brainwave activity. A calmer and more alert state of mind is produced by the amino acid along with the moderate caffeine content of green tea.

Other parts of the body benefit from tea. Polyphenols in tea, another form of antioxidants, have been found to increase the skin’s elasticity and to ward off free radicals. Additional pluses include tea’s anti-irritant, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. These results were discovered by a medical school study in Georgia, United States.

Tea extracts can also extend the effectiveness of sunscreen in combating UVA and UVB induced skin damage (photo aging). Recently, green tea extracts have also been added to various other personal care items such as mouthwash, toothpaste, and even skincare.

Taken together, along with the fact that green tea is a satisfying, wholesome, natural beverage, it is no small wonder that this “miracle” drink has enjoyed widespread popularity throughout the centuries.

While everybody suffers from the occasional sleepless night, for those who are plagued with chronic insomnia, life becomes miserable indeed. It’s hard to function during the day when your body hasn’t had the rest it needs, and it’s all too easy to fall into a vicious cycle where you become so worried about your lack of sleep, that the worry itself makes the problem even worse.

Many people turn to sleeping pills in an effort to get a decent night’s sleep, but these can cause problems of their own, such as addiction and a host of side-effects. As a result, increasing numbers of people are looking for natural insomnia treatments. Let’s take a look at three insomnia solutions that don’t involve taking medications.

1. Valerian

There are a number of herbs that can help with sleeping problems, and valerian is perhaps the best-known of these. It is a popular over-the-counter remedy for insomnia in some countries, and many people like it because it lacks the addictive qualities of sleeping pills, and doesn’t usually cause that groggy feeling on wakening.

However, not everyone finds valerian to be effective, and it can conflict with a number of medications, so if you have any illnesses or are taking medication, it’s best to consult your doctor before using valerian as an insomnia treatment.

2. Dietary and Lifestyle Changes

In order to really overcome insomnia once and for all, it may be necessary to make some lifestyle changes which address the root causes of the problem. The foods and drinks that you consume can have a major impact on how well you sleep, and dietary changes are a relatively easy way to reduce sleep problems naturally.

Beneficial changes might include reducing or eliminating your caffeine intake (especially in the evening) – this means not only reducing the amount of tea and coffee you drink, but also looking out for caffeine in medications, as well is in common foods such as chocolate. Reducing the amount of refined sugar you eat can also be helpful, as it can cause blood sugar issues that interfere with sound sleep.

Overall, you should eat a diet that’s as natural and unrefined as possible, and eliminate junky foods that provide little nutritional value yet increase the toxic load on your body. You should also take some regular exercise every day, although not too soon before bed.

Eating well and staying fit influences not only physical but mental health also, and can help to reduce the feelings of stress and anxiety that contribute to insomnia.

3. Binaural Beats

A third natural remedy for insomnia is one that you may not be familiar with, and that is binaural beats. Binaural beats are a scientifically validated type of brainwave entrainment technology, and they work by helping your brain to achieve a deeply relaxed state with relative ease.

Since many sleep problems are stress-related, learning to relax properly at bedtime can be invaluable in overcoming insomnia. For this reason, meditation is often recommended as a natural insomnia remedy, but many people find meditation difficult because they’re not used to relaxing and focusing their minds. Thanks to binaural beats, you don’t need to be a trained meditator to experience the benefits that meditation can bring.

All you need to do is obtain a binaural beats recording that’s designed for sleep improvement, and listen to it through headphones at night when you’re ready to go to sleep. Such a recording contains frequencies which naturally relax the brain and guide it towards the sleep state.

Best of all, binaural beats aren’t addictive or habit-forming, and are very unlikely to have side-effects (although if you’re prone to seizures, you should consult a doctor before using them). With regular use, a good binaural beat recording may help you to beat insomnia for good.

While a substantial amount of material has been written on the topic of meditation, very little has been written about brain entrainment and binaural beats. Brain entrainment is an incredibly powerful tool available for anyone who is interested in enhancing their meditation experience, making it more long-lasting and deeper. As you may already know, meditation has an impact on your brainwave activity and patterns. Different brainwave patterns and activity are associated and create different results in you (ie. Relaxation, anxiety, stress, focus, etc.). A regular meditation practice helps to create more balance in your brain activity.

What is Brain Entrainment?

According to Wikipedia, it is brainwave synchronization or brainwave entrainment; a practice that aims to cause brainwave frequency to fall into step with a periodic stimulus having a frequency corresponding to the intended brain-state (ie. Meditation, theta brainwave state, sleep, etc). That stimulus can be audio such as binaural beats of visual in nature.

For thousands of years, people have tried using a variety of tools to reach an intense and deep level of meditation. They’ve used breathing exercises, imagery, music, chanting, prayer, and much more. Nowadays, using binaural beats for brain entrainment is one of the easiest, most accessible, and most effective ways to reach an intense level of meditation. Not only is it effective and accessible, it is also not cost prohibited. If you are not familiar with meditation binaural beats downloads, I recommend you get a free sample. This way, you get to try it out for yourself and experience the effects first hand. It’s what I did and am very glad for doing. I’ve been using binaural beats mp3’s for my meditation practice since I got my own free sample over a year ago!

Whether you use goal-setting to try to achieve success, or not, it is important to avoid destructive negative feelings creeping into your attitude. Unfortunately, discussing your plans and goals with others can affect you negatively when they point out only the negative aspects of your plans. Only you know what you are capable of, and by maintaining a positive attitude towards your goals you will definitely have a leading edge towards achieving them, so take note of others opinions as they may have a value, but don’t let them affect your attitude towards success.

Similarly, you need to keep in control of your emotions and not personalize any outside events which may affect the outcome. Harboring negative emotions such as anger, and defending your ego at all costs will cloud your judgement on important matters and very often results in failure.

The commonly held belief that opposites attract does not apply when considering your inbuilt attitudes. I’m sure you would agree that there is nothing worse than having to suffer negative people when we are feeling positive. Spending too much time with negative people will result in being drawn into looking at life with a similar negative outlook. You will find that by holding a positive attitude you will be drawn towards like minded positive people.

As an example of the affect of these two opposite behaviour patterns, consider a service situation requiring technical support:

Firstly, the positive minded customer is finding difficulty with installing some new software.Realizing that the problem requires a greater level of understanding, they call up the support hotline expecting a successful outcome. They cheerfully and politely explain their problem and patiently give as much help and information to the support staff to find a solution, which takes about 10 minutes.

Secondly, the negative minded customer is having a similar problem. Feeling disappointed and hostile, they call the support hotline and launch into a barrage of abuse. While the support staff tries to assist them, they soon become frustrated and unable to give efficient help due to the customer’s unhelpful attitude.

Continuing with this attitude, the customer demands to escalate the problem to a supervisor or manager and after spending time venting their anger and threatening legal action they end up with no resolution to their problem and feeling that ‘everything always goes wrong’ for them.

Optimistic people are never affected when faced with problems and feel they can cope with anything. They understand that such things happen to everyone, and more often than not they also realize that there is always a solution. They make it their goal to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently and have the belief in being able to somehow resolve anything they need to. Moreover, by not taking out their anger on others they do not attract complicated and unnecessary circumstances.

The belief shown by positive people in facing obstacles and problems gives them the confidence to take the uncertainty out of the situation and thereby override any negatives.

Maintaining a positive outlook and keeping optimistic ensures you are far more likely to succeed in business and private life. The key to succeeding is to maintain the intention to achieve your goal and persevere with a positive attitude. If you follow this action you will find that things will fall in your favor and you will unfailingly succeed.

Brainwave Entrainment Brainwave Entrainment Alleviates Anxiety From Your Past Life

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Where do you get your anxiety from? Has it ever occurred to you that the source of your anxiousness may come from a life you lived… before this life? Brainwave entrainment is a clinically proven therapy that can take you back… way back, to another life and possibly eliminate the energy that is adding to your stress in this life, now.

If your stress levels are high and seem out of whack, you may have brought forward a bundle of anxieties that you acquired over past lifetimes.

Your body is just a vehicle that you use to get around in the physical. The eternal part of you, your soul or your spirit, uses this vehicle over and over again, as the years progress, as part of the raising of your consciousness.

As you live the lives that you have chosen in your journey forward in your spiritual growth, you pick up anxieties and fears, and these are then carried forward, from life to life, and may appear, in your present life, as phobias, fears, aversions, or allergies.

Your anxieties could be coming from a time when you were running around in a loin cloth, trying to keep ahead of the saber toothed tiger that was on your tail/trail. Maybe your fear of pointy objects comes from being stabbed in the leg with a spear. Or maybe yet, you may have trouble eating a stranger’s cooking because, somewhere in the past, you were poisoned by your mother-in-law.

Brainwave entrainment is a neuro-technological tool that introduces specific sound frequencies to your brain with the intention of altering its dominant brainwave, for a specific effect. The brain naturally entrains to this repeated and rhythmic sound pattern, following the frequency following response physics principle in nature. In a matter of minutes, entrainment can alter your state of consciousness, making you receptive to a journey back in time.

The second you begin to listen to a brainwave entrainment session, you will start changing consciousnesses and begin to relax and go inward… leaving the third dimension of your physical existence and entering the fourth dimension.

As your mind further detaches from the physical, you will go into a deep state of relaxation and it is from this place, with intention, that you can go back in time to the source of the anxiety, that is playing out in your lifetime now.

Once you have identified what caused this displaced anxiety and why, you can dismiss its residue from your present-day consciousness.

Living in our world today brings with it enough high stress energy. You don’t need to add to it with left-over anxious energy from a life long ago.

Brainwave entrainment can alleviate, and most times eliminate anxiety from this lifetime or lifetimes past.

Brainwave Entrainment 3 Self-Motivation Tips to Help You Stay Focused on Your Goals

When you’re trying to motivate yourself, it’s very important to remain focused on what you’re trying to achieve. If you don’t, the consequences aren’t good – you could find yourself performing at less than your full potential, or maybe even failing to reach your goals altogether. Let’s look at three tips that can prevent this from happening.

1. Write your goals down

It’s important to always write your goals down, because doing so help you avoid getting off track. It’s easy to lose sight of your goals when everyday life gets in the way, so creating a written list of what it is you want to achieve and referring to it regularly can really help to keep your motivation levels high. Failing to do this may mean you get distracted from the goals that are most important to you by day-to-day stuff that doesn’t really matter in the larger scheme of things. So make the effort list your goals, then read over your list every day – preferably out loud.

2. Be clear about why you want your goals

Just as important as writing your goals down is getting really clear about why you want the things you do. Having this clarity can help boost your motivation because everything we want in life, we want for a reason. And it’s usually this reason – rather than the thing itself – that really motivates us. So knowing your core underlying reasons for why you want things you do, and keeping your focus on those reasons, will help you to stay motivated as well. Hint: the most fundamental reasons for wanting things are usually emotion-related. How will reaching your goal make you feel?

3. Visualise yourself as a success

Finally, when you’re trying to stay motivated, you need to visualise yourself as a success already. This can help to reprogram your subconscious mind and overcome any limiting beliefs you may be carrying. This is important because such beliefs might cause you to sabotage your own progress – and lack of motivation is one manifestation of such self-sabotage. If you don’t do this, chances are you’ll start to feel like it’s all too difficult, or that you’re going to fail anyway so why bother, or that maybe you don’t deserve success – and such thoughts are poison to your motivation levels!

Visualisation is more powerful if you listen to a brainwave entrainment recording – this can help you to relax much more deeply, making it easier to access the subconscious and reprogram your mind for success. These recordings work by exposing the brain to repetitive sounds of specific frequencies that have been shown to induce a state of profound relaxation. They’re especially good for anyone who normally finds it hard to relax or to stay focused while meditating or visualising, which is true of many of us.

Brainwave Entrainment Still Have Severe Insomnia? What Can You Do When the Sleeping Pills Don’t Work?

When you’re one of those people who suffer from severe insomnia, falling asleep is not just tough, it is down right daunting. The thought of another restless night, endlessly tossing and turning while thoughts race through your head causes the most strong and happiest sufferers to crank up their anxiety. Which of course causes just makes things worse.

Sleeping pills, natural remedies and alcohol can all knock you out for the night, but they’re not long term solutions. Not only are they addictive, and leave you feeling like a bird has been nesting in your brain the next morning but they’re expensive too.

After an operation last year which required a series of post operation pain killers I developed a real problem with going to sleep. It seemed like no matter what I did, I’d still wake up feeling worse than when I went to bed – every single night. Several doctors gave me more drugs, I was knocked out, but I hated taking them, the headaches, bad taste in my mouth and zombie like state till well into the morning seemed worse than the problem itself.

Eventually I decided that this was no way to live my life. I did lot of research. The American Academy of Sleep Medicine were one excellent resource that I found and I spent a lot of time investigating their advice.

Rather than trying to solve the internal problems that the doctors were so keen to cure I set out to fix the external factors that I could influence.

Light

I made my bedroom as dark as possible by investing in some blackout blinds. This made a big difference in the morning. No longer was I awake as soon as the sun came up at dawn.

Temperature

I found our body temperatures drop when we fall asleep. I used to go to bed in a tracksuit along with lots of covers. Now I make sure that I make things as cool as I can comfortably stand.

Routine

I go to bed at the same time every night where possible, eat several hours before hand and have given up all caffeinated drinks and any other stimulant I can think of. I don’t watch TV or allow any stressful activities into the bedroom.

Stimulation

Our ears lock onto anything when it’s resisting sleep. I installed double glazing in the bedroom windows so nothing from outside could disturb me, turned the alarm clock around so I couldn’t stress about the time. I found a running fan provided a wonderful white noise effect that made other distraction blend into the background. This did work well until the breeze it created became too cold in winter.

After more searching I found another solution to the noise problem. A recording of scientifically designed beats and tempos that were arranged to stimulate the brainwaves into a resting pattern. Called brainwave entrainment, these sounds were perfect for bedtime. They relaxed me and didn’t have any melody of voices for my ears to latch onto. This was the breakthrough that eventually reduced my needs for any meds at all.

If nothing is working for you, I’d recommend you try it.
