Brainwave Entrainment Clear Your Blockages and Manifest Your Desire Using Brainwave Entrainment

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

The only thing that’s stopping you from manifesting your desire is-you.

You have blockages, bad programming from when you were a kid, and beliefs stored deep within your subconscious mind, that trips you up and stops you from living the life you want to live.

We all have blockages that usually come from negative interpretations of experiences we’ve had and that the subconscious has carefully recorded and stored, making them into a bad belief system.

The subconscious mind is the driving force behind the manifestation process.

If you can tap into the subconscious mind, remove those old blocks and replace the old programming with new, positive ideas, you can have anything you want.

Brainwave entrainment is a proven scientific tool that induces the brain to change its brainwave frequency by using repeated, rhythmic sound and/or light pulses. You can clear blockages, set up a new belief system, and manifest your desires easily by changing your brainwave frequency to the frequency required to access your subconscious using brainwave entrainment.

If you can tap into the subconscious mind, remove those old blocks and replace the programming with new, positive ideas, you can have anything you want.

This Is How

• Before listening to a session, write down all of the negative thoughts you might have surrounding what it is you want to manifest. You’ll be surprised how many you have once you get started.

• Next, write down all the positive thoughts surrounding your desire.

• Consciously focus on the idea that you are going to let negative thoughts go and replace them with the positive thoughts.

• Now you are ready to begin.

• Find a quiet environment where you won’t be disturbed. Dim the lights. Sit on a chair, the bed or the floor-just make sure to keep your back straight. It helps keep you awake.

• Turn on a specialized brainwave entrainment recording for clearing blocks and wear headphones for either isochronic tones or binaural beats. It’ll give you a deeper effect.

• Shut your eyes, focus on the sound pulses, and breathe.

• Relax your body, and try to empty your mind. Thoughts will rush at you but as your mind begins to alter its consciousness, fewer thoughts will appear. Don’t engage any of the thoughts. Just let them pass.

• About 10 minutes in, you should feel very relaxed physically, and dreamy. You are knocking on the door between your conscious mind and your subconscious mind.

• This is where you tell the subconscious what it is you desire and, if it believes you, will send a message to the collective unconscious that will manifest it into the physical.

• Now it is time to change your programming and remove your blockages.

• Picture what it is that you want to manifest. It could be an object, a state of being, a new job, a relationship, an emotion…whatever you wish.

• Visualize this desire. Imagine whatever it is that you are wanting and use your all of your senses. See it, feel it and focus completely on it.

• Now imagine that you have already accomplished your goal. What does it feel like knowing that you’ve received your desire?

• See yourself living that manifestation.

• Keep focusing on the good feelings that come from manifesting your desire.

• If any old blocks appear, change old thoughts for the new thoughts that you established before the session. Don’t use negative energy. Use positive thinking and remember, in the collective unconsciousness, there is no time, so if you say “I am rich” you are telling the truth. Past, present, and future are all wrapped up in one and present as now.

• Linger on the new positive thoughts surrounding the manifestation of your desire until the brainwave entrainment recording is over

• Watch for signs and synchronocities in your waking life. They are the predictors that are showing you that your desire is beginning to manifest.

• Act on any inspiration that appears. This is called inspired action. It comes from the dimension the subconscious sent your order to.

• The more you notice these signs, the faster your desire will manifest in the physical.

Ultimately, it is up to you to change any thoughts or old programming you have that will stop you from manifesting your desires.

Brainwave entrainment makes it easier and faster by inducing the brainwave frequency necessary to tap into your subconscious mind.

Clear your blockages and start manifesting everything you want.
Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

This ‘frequency following’ response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ‘entrain’ to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

THE HYPE
There is a lot of marketing hype around brainwave entrainment. It is sold with promises of increasing IQ, promoting weight loss, ‘mind-tripping’, enhancing creativity, concentration, inducing spiritual states and more.

While these claims are not entirely true, they are not altogether false either. In practice, the claims are based on an overly-simplistic view of how the brain and the brainwaves function.
THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person’s starting position, entrainment can be rather ‘hit and miss’.

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you’re probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain’s strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

The one common problem most people have is memory retention. Most people tend to forget what they have learned or been told to remember within a short period of time. This is one of the problems facing people in this day and age. There is not enough brain power to go around and some of us are wondering that in the process of evolution, whether or not we were short changed in the first place. This is not the case. As a human race, we are all built differently, and each and every one of us has different physiological and mental configurations with different strengths and weaknesses. While some of us might be good at numbers, there will always be people who are horrible at them.

Some of us might be extra creative, while some of us might be better at understanding and executing technical data. It is not really because we are all that different – but it is really a question of how we use our brains. There are many things that actually factor in when considering our strengths and weaknesses. Scientists believe that the base level of genetics has something to do with the phenomena of people having different mental capacities. How we are built and our lineage has something to do with it. Also, it is also how the subconscious is formed and shape through years of experience in childhood, the environments we were exposed to, the sorts of shows we watch, the books we read, the upbringing we had. And these are just some of the factors that affect brainwave patterns.

When someone is brought up in a technical environment with more of a focus on mathematics, engineering and formal education, our subconscious will translate that into a natural mental affinity for numbers and figures. Then there is a wild card situation. Sometimes, we are just born with specific mental talents that we have no control of. Sometimes they can lay dormant within us for the longest time, or they can remain with us no matter what we do and what we are exposed to.

So with such varying tribes of thought, how do we understand how the mind works? In all honesty, the mind is still a mystery even to the most advanced ethos of science and medicine. Till this day, we are only using a percentage of the brain and what the rest holds for us is still largely unknown. But thankfully, we have been able to find out how to use the subconscious and the methods to go past the normal defenses of the mind and reach deep into the recesses of the unconscious.

Brainwave entrainment can alter the brainwave states of our mind and unlock key and super states – boosting your brain power. While we may not be as smart as a child prodigy in maths, we can at least increase our capacity for the subject multiple times. It is one of the ways we can level the playing field and give us an advantage in life that we all need. Brainwave entrainment technology is far and wide, and some of them can be found easily online.

Brainwave Entrainment Ladies: Enhance DHEA Levels With Brainwave Entrainment

The older we get, the more we need to have adequate levels of DHEA, dehydroepiandrosterone, a hormone that has been touted as the “mother” hormone. This anti-aging hormone is the most abundant hormone produced by the adrenal glands, playing a very important role in the conversion of other hormones like estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, cortisone and others.

Brainwave entrainment recordings, specifically designed to stimulate the adrenal glands, will release DHEA naturally into the body, restoring DHEA, and the other hormones, back to youthful levels.

Entrainment is a clinically proven therapy that involves the introduction of sound patterns to the brain, with the intention of changing its brainwave frequency. The brain naturally mimics this pattern by using the physic’s principle, frequency following response. Once the brain resonates the stimulus, the adrenal glands are activated and DHEA is released into the body.

Levels of DHEA are highest when we are between 25 and 30 years of age, and then as we age, there is a steady decline of about 2% a year, leaving us with less than 10% of what we started with by the time we reach our eighties.

If levels of DHEA decline, our levels of estrogen, progesterone, testosterone and cortisone also drop causing problems with pregnancy, menopause, and general aging.

Our age isn’t our only culprit however. Our over-stressed lifestyles also contribute to declining levels.

We rely on hormones like cortisol and adrenaline to assist in the body’s “fight or flight” response to stress and to prepare the body for stressful situations, but chronic stress can exhaust the adrenal glands. When af large amount of cortisol are coursing through our veins, other beneficial hormones, especially DHEA, are being destroyed or supressed. Chronic long-term exposure to cortisol can lead to a breakdown of our body’s metabolic control systems. Sustained high levels of this stress hormone destroy healthy bone and muscles. It slows down cell regeneration, affects digestions, raises blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure and body-fat levels. Our immune system takes a hit and we are set up for disease and premature aging.

Signs of Low Levels of DHEA In Women

· Severe fatigue.

· Weight gain and craving for carbohydrates; increased appetite

· Depression.

· Allergies.

· Asthma.

· Autoimmune disorders like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and fibromyalgia-aching joints.

· Low libido.

· Reduced underarm or pubic hair growth.

· Disappearance of hair on lower legs.

· Loss of memory.

· Low energy and stamina.

· Mood swings.

Enhancing DHEA Levels will:

· Boost libido.

· Rebuild muscle mass.

· Build stronger bones.

· Lose weight; stop carbohydrate craving and the excessive storage of fat.

· Improve memory.

· Boost the immune system.

· Promote flexibility.

· Raise energy levels.

Taking care of our body using brainwave entrainment to stimulate the release of DHEA, will promote good health and longevity. Studies have shown that raised levels of DHEA reduce mortality by 48% in cardiovascular disease with a 36% reduction in mortality for any other reason. Higher levels of DHEA indicate we will live longer.

It takes about four months for the levels to rise back up to what we have had in our mid-twenties.

DHEA improves the quality of our life, over a longer period of time, and it will postpone some of the unpleasant effects of aging.

Brainwave Entrainment Alpha Brainwave Enhancement – Your Answer to “Now Why Did I Go Into This Room?”

The older we get, the more often we find ourselves feeling forgetful. Or perhaps you are young enough not to worry about that pesky problem, but you are having some difficulty learning a new subject or getting into your creative flow. The solution for all of these situations is to increase your alpha brainwaves.

While one particular brainwave pattern is no “better than” another, different brainwaves are associated with different functions. Stress impacts our ability to remember. When our minds and bodies experience freedom from stress, the alpha brainwaves have increased. When the brain is in this slower alpha brainwave state, it produces the neuropeptides and hormones that scientists have associated with improved memory, creativity, and the overall ability to learn. This relaxed state of heightened awareness improves our superlearning ability, allowing us to retain information with much less effort.

You can follow some of these tips to enhance your alpha brainwave and increase your superlearning ability.

1. While studying or working on a creative project, play music with a largo movement. This type of music has the tempo to move the brainwaves into the alpha state and enhance your comprehension. Google “famous largos” and you’ll find all sorts of results for Mozart, Vivaldi or other Baroque pieces.

2. Try some aromatherapy. Rosemary or peppermint will increase alpha waves and improves your ability to recall information. Rosemary is the remembering scent, enhancing mental clarity, concentration, memory, and creativity. Peppermint aroma is stimulating and helps with concentration and decisiveness. You can put one of these essential oils in a diffuser or even on a cotton ball and allow the scent to softly fill your work area.

3. During a grueling study session, set a timer and take frequent mental breaks. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and visualize a pleasant situation (perhaps picture yourself being finished with the task). When you close your eyes and visualize, alpha brainwave activity automatically increases!

4. Breathing deeply improves the oxygen flow in your body in addition to helping you relax, once again boosting those alpha waves.

5. Boost your antioxidant consumption. Blueberries are a wonderful source of antioxidants, which help with brain function. The compound that makes them blue is also the compound that makes them potent antioxidants. The Alzheimer’s Prevention Foundation recommends eating 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries each day. A delicious way to get a good serving is to put a bunch in your smoothie, yogurt cup, or the really fun way, in your ice cream dish!

6. Reduce your stress. Chronic stress releases constant high levels of cortisol into the body, which impacts the brain cells associated with the ability to recall previously learned information.

The older we get, the faster that time seems to go.

It’s not all in your head-it actually is going faster.

It all has to do with how the brain interprets your experiences.

When you were a child, everything was new and essentially a threat to your virgin mind. Every little detail of your experiences were recorded by your brain and cemented in there-in the subconscious-by strong emotion, even if it was one of delight.

The more detailed the memory, the longer the moment-or so it seems, when you later recall that memory.

On top of all of that, you spend the earlier part of your childhood in the alpha and theta brainwave frequency. These frequencies are slow and relaxed, releasing feel-good hormones. That’s why things tasted better, felt better, looked better, when you were a kid.

Memories are recorded in black and white.

As you get older, the alpha and theta brainwave frequencies take a back seat because you need to be more alert and focused in order to survive in the so-called real world.

Beta brainwave frequency becomes your dominant wave. This frequency is fast and activates your logical, analytical mind. It helps you focus, concentrate, study, be goal-oriented, and have mental energy to analyse and calculate.

This frequency makes memories in a different fashion than alpha and theta.

There’s little emotion involved and if something is already known to the subconscious, it is not recorded again.

Naturally, as you go along, more and more things are not necessarily new. The more familiar the world becomes to you, the less information is recorded and stored, which in turn means less recalling, and seems to make time pass more quickly.

Brainwave entrainment, a powerful clinically proven brainwave technology, can change brain frequency in a deliberate, precise manner. Specially created audio and/or visual stimuli are introduced repeatedly and rhythmically, to the brain, with the intention of altering its state of consciousness.

The brain will mimic this stimulus, using the frequency following response principle in physics, and alter its state.

Listening to a brainwave entrainment recording that enhances alpha and theta frequencies will slow your world down a little, and let you make some pretty intense memories.

New neural pathways will form and make physical networks that your brain will access more and more.

Every time an alpha or theta brainwave frequency is activated, the network becomes stronger and over time, you will be able to access this state at will.

Being able to go into an alpha or theta state, a relaxed, calm, dreamy state, will help time slow down.

Time is not just for kids anymore.

The normal advice for not being able to sleep goes like this… If you can’t sleep, just drink some milk, eat some turkey, avoid caffeine, or don’t exercise two hours before sleep? Don’t do this, don’t do that etc…

Some of these do work to an extent. However, if you are looking for a more permanent solution to sleeplessness these are all tiny just band aid solutions. Let’s dig deeper. The mind has two basic performances, one is the conscious mind and the other is the subconscious. Unless you’ve been living in a cave, I’m sure you’ve heard this before.

In general the conscious mind handles the logic and reasoning. The sub-conscious handles the automated functions and creativity. They both work synergistically, however one can be more predominant than the other. What does this mean to you?

You experience many levels of mind and they have all been measured scientifically. First let’s look at a few common terms for a basis of understanding. They are…

– Stress- any disturbance whether it’s internal or external i.e. medications, emotions or physical trauma

– Focus- The ability to concentrate attention

– Brainwaves- as measured by an Electroencephalograph (EEG)
* Beta: Wakeful State 14 CPS (cycles per second)
* Alpha: 7-14 CPS
* Theta: Sleep Level 4-7 CPS

– Delta: 4 CPS and below

– Sub-conscious- automated functions and creativity

– Conscious – Logic, reasoning, wakeful state- (Beta Generally 14 CPS)

In order to sleep your conscious mind needs to slow its activity. Which means your Brain waves slow. Then your subconscious can perform it’s duties for a good nights sleep. How Do you Quiet the Conscious Mind?

Quite simply… FOCUS. You have to change the focus. There are two ways to achieve this one is by physical relaxation and the other is by changing the focus. It can also be a combination of the two.

If you have an acute illness, drugs, or strong emotional feelings this is stress. Your conscious mind is attempting to resolve problems and find solutions for you.

Simple stresses can be eliminated by going for a walk, taking a bath, reading a book, listening to soothing music and so forth. That’s why some people feel better after having some herbal tea, or even drinking some alcohol. It simply changes their focus. Not just in the mind but also the physiology of the body.

If the stress has emotional intensity it is much more difficult to change the focus. It takes something more dramatic.

That’s why Insomnia or sleeplessness can be caused by the likes of…

– Trouble at work

– Loss of a loved one

– Relationships

– Injury or Illness

– Medications

The bottom line is it is caused by a stress whether internal or external. If you are experiencing sleeplessness it is because of stress. If we use a frame work that you can’t sleep because of some type of stress it is easier to understand the root and provide a solution. So…

It’s also important to realize some stress is needed for human activity. Stress can be positive, it is only when you have too much, it’s chronic, or not needed at a specific time that it’s a problem. For instance, stress to urinate in the morning is beneficial. It causes you to get up and go to the bathroom and relief the stress. Or if you get physically injured, the pain (or Stress) causes you to be aware of it.

If you meet a bear in the woods, stress creates a fight or flight response. This is intended to save your life. How do you control or reduce stress?

You can learn to change your focus by learning how to slow your brainwaves which will relax your mind and body. This will allow you to reach a deep state of sleep.

Alpha, Theta and Delta brainwaves are the release for your mind. They allow your body and mind to rest and heal. In normal sleep you experience these levels naturally. However, by learning meditation you can learn to access slower brain waves at will. There are methods that can be learned in one evening. You can perform them in bed as you prepare for sleep and they only take minutes to do.

In a nutshell you can learn to relax your body and slow your brains activity and reach total relaxation. It’s a more permanent solution to sleepless nights.

The new Alliance quest chains came out this week in what can only be described as a warm up to Cataclysm. The gnomes have finally pulled their finger out and are amassing in numbers to sort Gnomeragan out once and for all.

Whilst doing this quest chain I got a little bit lost in the tunnels and found the entrance to the old level 30ish Gnomeregan dungeon. This reminded me of a farming experiment I’ve always wanted to run. In this dungeon most of the mobs can drop a “grime-encrusted object”. You take this piece of mud to the canteen area in the instance and clean it up using the machines provided. In the resulting gift boxes are various things from grey rocks to ores and gems. Because it’s a lvl 30 area the value of these aren’t massive but because the grime-encrusted objects are such a common drop it might add up to a nice amount.

The biggest challenge doing this was finding my way around the place, It’s a very maze like dungeon with a lot of opportunities to double back on yourself. It took me 31 minutes to make my way down to the final boss, picking up all the obvious mobs and bosses along the way and then finding my way back to the canteen for the cleaning process.

Once I had disenchanted all the greens the total value of drops in that run was 125g (helped a lot by the dropping of a security pass which sold for 24g). On top of this I picked up 36 grime-encrusted objects which once cleaned produced 66.8g worth of materials. That gave the total run a value of 191.8g, we can double it to give the rough hourly rate of running this dungeon and find that Gnomeragan farming yields approximately 382.6g/hr. I was almost disappointed by this low number until I had a brainwave.

The average value of the grime-encrusted objects was (66.8/36) = 1.86g, on my server their average auction house price is 14s. If I add these onto my snatch list for about 50s, then wait till I have a few hundred of them, I can make one bulk run to the canteen in Gnomeregan and at least triple my investments.

This gold making method has all the makings of a classic, It’s profitable because of other peoples laziness and/or lack of knowledge. It involves materials which will always be needed, and best of all it can be done by any character that is able to navigate through a level 30 dungeon.

Brainwave Entrainment N400 Brain Wave Activation to Improve Reader Interest in Online Articles

The N400 brainwave is activated when the reader encounters mistakes or ironic material in writing. It also occurs when a sentence is semantically incorrect or when you listen to a song and the words all rhyme and you are expect the next word in the sentence to fall in line, but it does not. An online writer could use this knowledge to increase reader interest and a professor of video training tapes might use it to increase comprehension.

For an online writer I would say if you really want to hook, line and sinker the reader from an online article into click thrus to a website from an article, the writer should incorporate new information, which is shocking and startling because it is not what one would suspect.

I recommend that authors use this technique to gain interest along with and in addition too curiosity to drive traffic, which seems to be the goal of article writing and of a good percentage of the writers who participate in the online writer venue. Works for me, I use this technique in many of my articles, today I have: 1,127,064 Article Views listed on this site alone; estimate 10 million with all the articles, which have been picked up all over the Internet now; my website Traffic counter through the roof.

It is amazing to me that people on the Internet resort to fraudulent enticement, when all they have to do is work with the reader to draw interest, insight curiosity and induce the N400 brainwave. I think that is why I like EzineArticles.com so much, this is where the ethical article writers hang out. If you are an online writer and use your writing to drive traffic to your website then you should consider this in 2006.

Brainwave Entrainment ADHD Alternative Treatments – 4 Powerful Non-medical Treatments For ADHD

The movement away from using stimulants and medication that includes stimulants for the treatment of ADHD has resulted in a growing market for alternative treatments. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder has grown massively as a recognized illness in the past twenty years. What is surprising is that there is still a limited amount of treatments available which could be classed as ‘alternative’. What follows are four powerful non-medical treatments.

1. Brainwave Bio-feedback Training
2. Behavior Modification Therapy
3. Eating / Diet Interventions
4. Nutraceutical Medicines known as Extress and Attend

These therapies can be very helpful and give significant advantages in some situations. They are excellent when combined with the expertise of a counselor who has experience working with ADD and ADHD. Unfortunately many counselors will have little knowledge of working with people with these disorders.

“Attend” and “Extress” have both been found to be superb substitutes for stimulant treatment medicines. Both of these are complicated procedures, engineered so as to achieve optimum efficiency in brain activity in individuals experiencing problems with concentration, with overcoming rage, with impulse control, with listening and paying attention, or with hyperactivity.

EEG Biofeedback training which is also known to many as Neuro feedback, has been around for at least twenty years. In that sense it may be seen by some as old technology, but it has not stood still in that time. With the development of super fast computers the technology has grown into a recognised alternative treatment for healing of ADD. And over the time it has taken to enhance the methods, a huge amount of study has taken place into EEG Biofeedback. There are many websites and a wealth of information available on this including EEG Spectrum, and other treatment alternatives are also documented well.

Eating plans and diet improvements can also have significant constructive effects on people with ADD or with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Even though we are reluctant to accept that this involvement can be applied as effectively overall as either Attend and Extress, or a session of EEG Biofeedback methods, we certainly do consider that each person with ADHD should try diet involvement.

A lot of people with ADD and ADHD will be assisted by nutritional supplements. Among the most effective supplements are often Essential Fatty Acids also often known as Omega Oils. It is also important to use supplementary minerals such as Zinc. The “Attend” nutraceutical will provide the necessary fatty acids. You also get them in Borage Oil or Flax Seed Oil. They can in addition be found in fish, and you can just give your child more of tuna fish to eat.
