Brainwave Entrainment Binarual Beat Technology is a Very Good Way to Accomplish the Best Result in Insight Meditation

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Insight meditation can help you adjust with the tremendous amount of emotion that is spoiling your life. this technique is easily accomplished with binaural beat recordings.

Dealing with the situations of every day living is a problem that we all have. The universe isn t going to stop just because some individual is having a hard day. Sometimes the pressure gets over whelming to bear and then you realize your perfect world is coming asunder. This can end in one of two ways, you can either pick up the pieces and work out a way to address your anxieties, or you can just fall apart.

Using brainwave technology is a outstanding way to teach your body how to relax and cope with the situations of daily life. Uncontrollable rage have been demonstrated to reduce a person s lifetime. There are no wonder pills available that will function for all people to lower their stress, make them feel great day in and day out, or make life flawless.

This is where your potential is in your own hands, you ve got to find a way to manage with the situations so you can continue on. Meditation will assist you to reach the alpha mind state, where you re not awake nor asleep. In this area your mind is most relaxed and laid-back, it s the period between consciousness and falling asleep. Every night dropping off to sleep you will experience the alpha mind condition, but it s likely for a brief amount of time and you have little control over when this happens.

Brainwave meditation will help center your attention so you re likely to achieve the alpha mind state any time you desire. Finding how to accomplish this is so important because it will assist you to concentrate on what s important, making it simpler and a lot less stressful to overcome tasks at work or school, perhaps even a family problem.

By using insight meditation you will soon learn the techniques required to be successful in lowering your stress levels. Binaural beat music will give you the mechanism to achieve a good brainwave biofeedback cycle. The brainwave frequencies created by the binaural beat music will allow you to train your brain to achieve the alpha state that you’re in for.

By using binaural beat music you will be able to sleep better every night, reduce your stress level, and live a happier life. Some people require a few sessions week, others use the binaural beat music every day. This all depends on how motivated you are to achieve ideal brainwave frequency.

Now that you understand insight meditation, you will agree that there is a better way to help you deal with everyday life. By realizing the necessity of brainwave biofeedback recordings you are in a position to select a biofeedback CD from the many products that are on market.

This ‘frequency following’ response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ‘entrain’ to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

THE HYPE
There is a lot of marketing hype around brainwave entrainment. It is sold with promises of increasing IQ, promoting weight loss, ‘mind-tripping’, enhancing creativity, concentration, inducing spiritual states and more.

While these claims are not entirely true, they are not altogether false either. In practice, the claims are based on an overly-simplistic view of how the brain and the brainwaves function.
THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person’s starting position, entrainment can be rather ‘hit and miss’.

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you’re probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain’s strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

Insecurity is a huge problem in people nowadays. It can be a huge wall, a stumbling block to realising success. It can also be a bane in relationships, the main cause of introversion, lack of achievement, ambition and even momentum to improve one’s life. Insecurity can lead people to turn to other things that can be dangerous to their health, like addictions – hazardous placebos to take away the feeling of insecurity or give them solace from their failures in life.

What is insecurity? In actual fact, mental experts place insecurity as a sort of phobia within the mind, a reaction to situations. It is how people cope, how they react and how their bodies respond to their feelings of insecurities. This can be manifested in emotions like fear, nervousness, restlessness, hate, anger, misplaced judgements, cold sweats, stress head aches; the list goes on and on. This article will tell you how to break down the walls of insecurity with the power of the mind. Why the mind?

Well, that is because the root of anyone’s insecurity lies deep within the sub conscious mind. All the physical and emotional manifestations are direct instructions from the subconscious to your cortex – it is telling the brain to release hormones and chemical reactions associated with these physical and emotional symptoms. People who are insecure can be so because of a whole host of reasons. One of them can be past trauma, experienced during their childhood. Or it could be a repetitive event, played out during their developmental years as children or teenagers. It could be due to stunted growth, or the absence of parenthood, or discipline in their lives. In adults, it could be due to stress, due to a single earth shattering event, being cheated on, duped and way laid in life.

This is because these strong emotions get planted in the sub conscious and like a bad recorder, they get constantly replayed within the mind; activated when similar conditions occur. Insecurity was only recently associated with phobias, but there is still a grey area in the scientific nature of the ailment that all humans have to varying degrees. Understand this, this problem can be easily taken away and confidence can be restored to the person very easily. While we do not have easy access to mediation, hypnosis, affirmation or large mental invasive machines borne of science, the personal development industry has left something of a miracle at the door of humanity.

It is brainwave entrainment, the ability to reach down into the subconscious and reprogram it with positive messages. The technology uses varying frequency sculpted sounds to invoke a frequency state within the brain (naturally produced within the cortical) that makes the subconscious mind more pliable to reprogramming and regressive therapy. All you need to do is to pop in the CD and plug in some headphones and after some therapy (few weeks), you will experience a change in your insecurities; you will feel more confident. This is how you can break down the walls of insecurity with the power of the mind.

Brainwave Entrainment Why You Should Care About Daydreaming

Inquiring Minds Want to Know About Daydreaming.

In elementary school Mrs. Crawford yelled at me, “HB – stop daydreaming and pay attention to your test questions.” She woke me up.

In college Dr. Abbot screamed out, “Mr. Wechsler – stop mind-wandering, and join the economics class.”

Later in Law School Professor Reich hollered out, “Herr Wechsler, arouse yourself from the Twilight-Zone or leave my torts class.”

It took decades for science to prove that we do our most original (creative) thinking during business hours – when we have zoned-out and are daydreaming.

Science

Fact: Homo sapiens spend up to 66% of their waking hours in Beta consciousness, awake and active with our brain ripping at 13-40 cycles per second. Beta produces an internal sense of alertness, and receives input from all five gross senses, long-term and working memory, uses logic, linear and organized thinking.

It’s our conscious ego at work, with a little help from its friend – nonconsciousness.

Fact: humans spend up to 33% of their waking hours DayDreaming in the Twilight zone. Important: our brain cycles between 8-12 cycles per second in Alpha and 4-8 cps in Theta. Wait. Alpha and Theta are good at inspiration, visualization, and intuition.

They shut out Beta consciousness to receive nonverbal information from our right nonconscious hemisphere.

Theta

These Theta brainwaves control our deep inward thoughts (metaphors and complex ideas). What else? Our ability for high mental concentration, visualizations and intuition is Theta based. It’s where we get our creativity and imagination.

Who says? Professor K. Christoff, University of British Columbia

What’s the difference between Mind-Wandering, Daydreaming, Hypnagogia and the Twilight-Zone? Answer: nothing, they are the same. They are part of the human condition and its standard mental processes.

Professor Kalina Christoff stands for Mind-Wandering, with or without conscious awareness. Her original research was the first on spontaneous thought processes. She used fMRI (functional Magnetic Resonance Imagery) to reveal the default network and executive brain system causing mind-wandering. So what?

It is published by the Proceeding of the National Academy of Sciences (5.13.2009) to show that one-third of our waking hours – we are zoned-out in Alpha or Theta.

We are not paying attention, but our Nonconsciousness (right-hemisphere of the brain) is making new connections with creativity and imagination with stuff we learned during Beta alertness. It’s not sleeping, just integrating and synchronizing new ideas to solve old challenges. Well, maybe a snooze or two in between.

Edison used his nonconsciousness (daydreaming/mind-wandering) to invent the electric light, movies and the phonograph. He took a 20-minute daily snooze specifically to daydream for inventions.

So What

You can intentionally daydream solutions to your toughest challenges. Allocate 20-minutes without interruption.

1. Sit with your eyes closed.
2. Place your outstretched fingers of both hands parallel to your bellybutton (both sides of your navel).
3. Take 5 deep, slow diaphragmatic breaths to oxygenate your brain.
4. Repeat aloud (whisper) the problem you wish to solve.
5. Picture mentally your optimal outcome. Examples: giving a great presentation, interviewing well, or testing in the top ten-percentile.
6. To go deeply, mumble the words to Bingo! “There was a farmer who own a dog and Bingo was his name.”

(Bingo! distracts your left-conscious brain and permits your right-nonconscious brain to signal nonverbally with original insights.)

Set an alarm clock for 20-minutes to end the daydream. Immediately write or type whatever you just visualized no matter how trivial appearing. What you visualized after analysis is 90% relevant to solving your problems.

Endwords

Professor Christoff discovered a second neural network was mentally triggered to discover answers to complex problems. It is part of our Executive brain function and unites left and right brains. It uses Semantic memory (knowledge) and nonconscious (intuition) memory to solve your problems.

This National Academy of Sciences article has been cited frequently. Meaning

Our brain retains information by recalling its meaning – not its sound or visualization. When we learn a new skill (called a procedural memory), it is different than learning new information (called Semantic Memory).

Skills like typing or surfing the Internet are right-brain functions. They are non-verbal and nonconscious. When you learned to type and became excellent at it, you recall finger positions by triggered both Pattern Recognition and Spatial learning.

To learn new skills rapidly, do not seek meaning, (why it works) that is second stage thinking. People who fail to learn procedural skills like typing, driving or riding a bike are perfectionists and left-brain dominant.

Failure is caused by a conflict between left and right brain functions. Simultaneously learning to perfect the skill and understanding why it works causes cognitive dissonance known as brain-stress.

First learn to do it, later research the science of learning about your specific strategy schemas. Combining the two causes slow learning.

Speed Reading

Students are concerned with understanding how they can read three-times faster without loss of comprehension and use their left conscious brain to intrude on mastering the skill itself. The skill is a right-brain nonconscious product.

The secret is letting go of analysis. In fact the reason they fail is called Analysis-Paralysis. In typing or speed reading, expertise requires practice and experience, not intellectualizing. Consider golf, tennis or pitching or kicking a ball.

Do not over-think the skill, just seek your Pattern Recognition. Micromanaging causes choking, tension and stress.

Q. Would you have a valuable competitive advantage by reading and remembering three (3) books, articles and reports in the time your peers can hardly finish one?

Brainwave Entrainment A Way to Habitual Happiness

Innate in each and every one of us is the desire to be happy and we spend our lives in pursuit of it. For many of us, happiness is an elusive state. We get a taste of it now and then, and just when we think we have it in our hands, it vanishes – again. But for the relative few, happiness is an altogether different experience.

Some people are almost always happy, even when something bad happens, they bounce back quicker than most, and despite their difficulties, still manage a buoyant disposition. We have all met individuals like this, perhaps even envied them? They seem ‘blessed’, lucky. But the truth is they are neither: more blessed nor luckier than the rest of us. But they do have something going for them that the rest of us don’t: the habit of happiness.

Most of us make the mistake of thinking that happiness is derived from external circumstances. How many times have you thought that: if only a certain thing would happen, or if only you could have the career you want, or the partner you want, or any of the other things that you want, then you would be happy? And how many times have you acquired those things and for a moment felt happy because of them, only to find that your happiness soon evaporated and you were left wanting again? This is a common pattern for most of us and we play it out over and over. It starts when we are children and for those of us who do not learn how to overcome it, it inevitably robs us of true happiness.

True happiness cannot be achieved by accumulating stuff, because this kind of ‘happiness’ is based on an endless sense of wanting that never gets fulfilled. It is a merry go-round. This is not to say that achieving certain things in life is not desirable and not worth pursuing, indeed acquiring certain things certainly greases the ride, but to depend on them for your happiness will only prove fatal to it in the long run. For the great truth about happiness is that it is not an external event, nor is it dependent on external events, happiness is an internal point of view and it is an internal point of view that one can train oneself to maintain, becoming habituated to it.

The degree to which a person has a proclivity towards being happy or sad is based on one thing – mental conditioning. It was once thought that when we were born, our brains were hard set and so too were our personal tendencies. We now know this is not true. For example we know that different areas of the brain cater to different sensory experiences and mental states. In the case of happiness this happens in “the left anterior portion of the brain”. The Intention Experiment, (Lynne McTaggart).

We also know that by practicing certain ways of thinking, causing certain ways of feeling, the areas of our brain associated with those thoughts and mental states will be developed and the natural tendency will be to continue to think in that way, be it good for us or not. This is because when we are repetitive, or practice something consistently, the brain develops more neurons to dedicate to that process making the doing of it faster, more efficient, and easier. Simply put, you can develop your brain so that you can, in time, become habitually happy.

To develop a state of habitual happiness, the first thing one must do is to slowly eliminate toxic thoughts such as: judgement, fear, worry, envy, jealousy, hatred and the like, replacing them with a persistent practice of positive thoughts, the more loving and compassionate the better. This can be very hard in the beginning, because believing the positive thoughts might seem impossible at first. This does not matter, remain persistent with them. In time you will come to believe them, because belief is also a result of habitual thought patterns and can be changed just like any other internal point of view.

The second thing that will accelerate the development of the ‘happy part of the brain’ is the practice of slowing down ones brainwave frequencies. In our usual awakened state, we are mostly in the higher Beta brainwave frequency. In this range our thoughts will be flowing rapidly and will tend to be colored in a more negative way. In this frequency range we experience anxiety, fear, anger and so forth. But when we slow down our brainwaves we become deeply relaxed and our thinking becomes more life positive.

There are a variety of ways that one can slow down their brainwave frequency, but by far, the most effective one is by achieving a meditative state. Traditional meditation is a powerful transformer of the mind, but it is not necessary to assume a traditional practice (although the author highly recommends it) in order to slow down ones brainwaves. Martial arts is a highly effective practice, and is in fact considered a form of meditation, similarly chanting, or becoming deeply engrossed in something you are passionate about will achieve the right result. If none of these appeal, there are also easy to use ‘plug and play’ solutions such as guided meditation recordings and binaural beats (designed to induce meditative states).

Of course developing a state of habitual happiness is a process and is not one that you can cheat on. In time it will become effortless, but in the beginning, like anything else worth the doing, time, practice and persistence are key. How long you might ask? Everyone’s process is unique. This author felt subtle change after only a few weeks. Two years later and she is naturally high most of the time.

Striving for a conditioned state of habitual happiness, is truly a way to discovering ones internal pot of gold. It is priceless and will last a lifetime.

Brainwave Entrainment Parapsychology: Maximizing Effectivity Of Targeted Controlled Remote Viewing Techniques

Individuals with a solid working knowledge of Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) have undoubtedly encountered the “plateaus” experienced at various levels throughout the ability’s development.

Successful employment of CRV to identify characteristics of past, present, or future events depends heavily on the viewer’s ability to transmit retrieved data between the subconscious/conscious divide. As a viewer becomes acquainted with the process long-term, he or she can begin to maximize the effectivity of their CRV sessions using the following methods:

* Begin CRV sessions without the target in mind. Preconceived expectations of the target event or beacon, usually brought about by informal preliminary focus on the target, will muddle the session and oftentimes result in inaccurate data retrieval.

* Differentiate between intra-personal thought and CRV target data. Increased accuracy of retrieved data is a result of the suspension of cognitive analization of the data as it is retrieved. Basic data commonly retrieved during a CRV session may include, but is not limited to, environment temperature, sounds, colors, illumination, and shapes. Advanced viewers may retrieve information including specific geographic locations, objects, text, audible words or phrases, and even knowledge, memories and emotions experienced by human beacon(s).

* Expand your optics range beyond that of traditional peripheral vision. Though difficult for novice viewers to grasp initially, expanding the optics range beyond that of the traditional physical vision range is imperative to increasing the volume of useful data retrieved. Scan each visual using a broad, sweeping rhythm, first left to right, then top to bottom. Advanced viewers may also be able to zoom in on objects or actions, allowing for retrieval of more specific datum.

* Reenter consciousness very, very slowly. Attempting to aggressively revert back to a conscious state (any frequency above Theta) after a session to record data will result in at least a partial, if not significant loss of the data retrieved. Do not fear losing the information during transition. Instead, “trust” the mind to retain the data retrieved after the session is complete.

* Employ simplistic biochemical enhancements. Implementation of simplistic biochemical enhancements such as incense, white noise, or an optical brainwave stimulator bind the synaptic pathways, permitting for stronger cohesive relay of target data over the subconscious/conscious divide.

* Maintain a healthy physical diet regimen. Diets high in alcohol, carbohydrates, or glucose (sugar) promote conditions conducive to development of free radicals, which cause cellular damage and interfere with the body’s interaction with etheric energy. A solid combination of physical activity and healthy food choices will help maximize data relay potential.

In addition to the above recommendations, identifying a secure, comfortable environment in which to perform CRV sessions will also ensure maximum results from each session.

Development of natural parapsychological capabilities such as CRV can be achieved by anyone willing to put forth the patience and effort required to identify and harness the ability. Refinement of the skillset can lead to a greater understanding of existence in general, as well as the capacity of the human psyche.

Individuals running small self-owned units with low revenues and lower profits are prone to ask -What is a business plan? They did not grow, simply because they didn’t have one, and never bothered to find out before. Evidently they don’t care much where their business is headed.

Others wish to expand their business but have no idea how to go about it. Ask them what is their business plan and they shake their head, skeptical. Simply wishing will not lead to success. You need to chart down your goals and figure out the way to reach them. This is exactly what a business plan is all about. It guides the enterprise towards stated objectives through carefully chalked tracks and processes, taking into account future conditions and contingencies.

It is your company resume and includes, among others, the following: a current and pro forma balance sheet, a statement of income, and an analysis of cash flow. An enterprising plan is crucial if you want serious consideration of that important loan application. The plan will contain specific and organized company information and loan repayment method and details. It will also describe the company’s business model and guide your sales team and suppliers.

Your resources may be plentiful today, but only a plan will help you allocate them wisely. Even with meager means, firms have managed to show record growth, due to careful planning. Good business decisions do not emerge from instant brainwaves; they stem from a predetermined strategy based on detailed financial projections, market forecasts and careful analysis of risks and uncertainties.

The next time someone asks you what is your plan, be prepared with answers. Tell them a business plan is what helps you stay afloat in bad times and lets you tower ahead of competition in good days. Planning generally pays.

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Increasing the IQ is a process towards which many people have directed their attention in the past years. The reason is simple: the smarter you are the more professional and social success you get. Thus, people from all over the world are desperately trying to improve their intellectual abilities and make their brain store more information and use it properly when it is required.

There are several methods which are said to have a positive impact on people’s brain. One of the highly efficient techniques with the help of which people can train their brain with success is the “brainwave entertainment” technique. As you all know, people are getting more and more stressed nowadays. Because the brain is not able of functioning very well when exposed to prolonged stress and tension, it is essential that the individuals manage to relax the brain and get their problems out of their minds. Thus, finding a way in which they can manipulate their brains is not only a good solution, but sometimes a necessary one.

But what is brainwave entertainment? Well, each and every brain has its specific waves, which are called (yes, you have guessed!) brainwaves. These brainwaves are very sensitive to external factors. They tend to be influenced by external stimuli which have different frequencies than them. Thus, if the brain is in an alert state, it can be easily calmed down by listening a type of music with low frequency. The brain will follow the low frequency and will become more relaxed. The lower is the frequency, the calmer the brain becomes. This technique can be used even to induce sleep when the brain is too tired and cannot fall asleep.

This method is not only utilized for relaxation. The brainwave technique is also highly useful when the individual wants to make the brain cooperate. Thus, if you have an exam and your brain will refuse to stay alert and acquire more information, high frequency music or sounds will make it more alert and increase its capacity of storing and using the information newly stored. However, in order for this method to be effective it must be used on a regularly basis.

Brainwave Entrainment The Value of Using Binaural Sounds in Daily Life

Increasing numbers of people are discovering the benefits that binaural sounds have to offer. In this article we’ll take a look at these in more detail.

What Are Binaural Sounds?

Binaural sounds – more properly called binaural beats – are a form of sound-based brainwave entrainment technology. Brainwave entrainment involves exposing the brain to repetitive stimuli of specific frequencies, with sound waves being the most common and easy to use type of stimulus. These are designed to influence the predominant frequency of the brain’s own brain waves. This works because of a phenomenon called the ‘frequency following response’. When the brain hears these sounds, it adjusts its own brain wave output to a similar frequency. This is useful, because different states of mind are associated with the production of brainwaves of different frequencies. So by listening to a brainwave entrainment recording, it becomes easier to access a variety of mental states even if you’re not trained in meditation or other mind-control techniques.

Binaural beats are the most commonly used form of brainwave entrainment technology. When listening to binaural beats, you hear two pure sine wave tones through headphones, with one tone entering each ear. The brain processes these sounds, and produces a pulse (or beat) which repeats rapidly, at a rate equal to the frequency difference between the pitches of the initial two tones. For example, if you listen to tones with frequencies of 330 and 340 Hz, the brain will produce a 10 Hz beat. It then entrains to this self-produced pulse.

Binaural beat recordings usually feature music or some form of ambient noise that blends with the sound of the beats themselves. This helps to enhance the relaxation effect of the binaural sounds, as well as masking them somewhat, as many people do not like how raw binaural beats sound.

Uses Of Binaural Recordings

People use binaural sounds for many different reasons. They’re very popular with meditators, as they make it easier to reach a deeply relaxed state of mind. They are also useful for overcoming insomnia, for the same reason. Some people use them as a way of exploring different states of consciousness and developing their psychic abilities; binaural beats are useful for these purposes because accessing these altered states depends on the ability to achieve and maintain a deep trance state. Binaural recordings are also great for helping to relieve stress, increasing energy and alertness, and even for improving creativity and memory issues.

Such a recording is very easy to use as well. Binaural beats are generally available as MP3 downloads or in CD form, so can easily be listened to on an iPod or other MP3 player. All you need is a pair of headphones and a quiet place to sit or lie down. Then you just close your eyes and put your attention on the recording, while allowing it to do its work.

For best results, use your recording regularly. While some people get dramatic results from binaural recordings the first time they listen, it’s more common that the full benefits will come with consistent practice, as with anything else.

Increasing competition in every sphere of life is the main cause of the rising of the stress level of the people. The level of tension that keeps on increasing due to the personal or professional issues catalyzes the evolution of diseases within a human body. Controlling the level of stress, therefore, is considered as one of the most important things to be dealt with in present era. Meditation is one of the most effective means for doing this. Seeing the effectiveness of the process of meditation, several technologies have evolved to help people get mental peace and relaxation. Binaural beats technology, however, has come up as the most popular method among other ones. Hemi Sync CDs play these beats to help the beginners meditate properly.

To understand how binaural beats technology works in facilitating pure meditation, it becomes essential to study the functioning of the human brain minutely. The human brain functions at varied brainwave frequencies that are measured with the help of an ECG machine. These frequencies include beta extending from 14 Hz to 30 Hz, which denote a walking state in addition to alertness and concentration. The next frequency variation is referred as Alpha ranging from 8 to 14 Hz. It is an extreme meditation state with the opportunity for super-learning. Theta is the next on the human brain frequency list that extends from 4 to 8 Hz, which is mostly the unconscious state that is usually present in REM stages of sleep where dreams occur. Last one is Delta that ranges from 0 to 4 Hz, which symbolizes the complete loss of bodily awareness. Hemi Sync is a technology that distinguishes these frequencies and accordingly mixes and presents a binaural beat.

Hemi Sync technology creates multiple sound frequencies in order to create a beat for pure meditation. To make this process of meditation successful, a sound of a particular frequency is played in one ear of the recipient and another sound of a bit different frequency in right ear. As a result of which, the human brain is forced to create a third type of sound that is the mixture of both of them. This distinct beat is referred as a binaural beat. These binaural beats are very beneficial for the ones who meditate. These beats help people to enhance their level of awareness and opens up the human perception to a great extent. The variation in the binaural beat decides the consequence that it will pose on the individuals. The impact that this technology can impose on the meditating individual may extend from feeling every sleepy to very awake.

Hemispheric Synchronizing is a trademark in the meditation arena. This is because of the wide range of CDs and DVDs that it makes available to help the beginners meditate in a proper way with the help of the binaural beats that it generates. During the initial stage of popularity, varied mixture of products were created by the Hemi Sync meditation techniques. Some of the specific applications that came into focus at that period of time, such as, lucid dreaming, meditation, remote viewing, etc. to enhance self-confidence level, stress relief, relaxation, memory, concentration and many other benefits.

Binaural beats played by Hemi Sync audio products act as one of the most efficient source of making it convenient for the individuals to meditate properly and enhance their physical, mental as well as emotional body states.

Brainwave Entrainment Increasing Brain Power – 3 Great Ways to Increase Your Brain Power

Increasing brain power is easy when you know how. There are many different ways to become more alert, concentrate better, have a better memory and achieve your full potential. In this article, I’ll share just three excellent ways that you can achieve all this.

Diet And Exercises a.k.a. Lifestyle

The modern 21st century lifestyle works against us in achieving our full potential. Any small changes that we make can have a profound difference.

First of all, cut out of your diet any stimulants. You may enjoy a daily morning coffee but it plays havoc with many internal control mechanisms in your body.

Secondly, eat better – less junk and more fruits, vegetables and other unrefined foods.

Third, do at minimum some light exercise every day. Not for the physical benefits but because exercise has a very beneficial effect on clearing the mind and allowing you to reorder any chaos that has been keeping you occupied.

Meditation

Meditation is a great way of increasing your brain power. With meditation, you can will your brain to enter different states.

By different states, I mean that you can shift your brain from one brain wave pattern to another. So instead of feeling tired for much of the day, you can feel alert like you are supposed to be during the day. You’ll be able to achieve so much more and have a higher level of creativity and focus.

But the big problem with meditation is that the learning curve is immense. Although there are beginner exercises you may find yourself getting frustrated at the lack of progress. To truly master meditation and reach your full potential, you must apply yourself for several years.

Is there an easier way to increase your brain power? Yes there is.

Brainwave Entrainment

This technology has been around for a few decades but has accelerated in popularity in recent years.

Scientists have long known that you can shift brain wave patterns with a stimulus e.g. video, audio or other electromagnetic waves (e.g. UV, infra-red).

The most popular way to do this is to listen to a specially created audio track which contains subliminal high frequency sounds. By listening to these audio tracks you can easily encourage your brain to shift into a different state and reap the many benefits of increasing your brain power.
