Brainwave Entrainment How Better Brain Wave Patterns Can Change Your Life

Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

Learn faster. This is one of the tangible benefits of brainwave entrainment. You can have entire volumes of encyclopedias in your head, with information at hand whenever you need them to be. The problem most people have is that they are struggling with the learning process and the understanding of information. Your mind actually has the capacity to break down and even learn the most difficult of concepts and theories; it is just a matter of unlocking the powers so that you can perform better at school, at work and even at play.

Technology like brainwave entrainment capitalises on brain waves to bring out super states within the mind and allow you to unlock the learning potential you never thought you had. Even the most complex mathematical formulas and the most archaic of concepts can be grasped and learned. Your brain – the human brain in fact is one of the most complex ones in the animal kingdom and has the potential to do many great things. You can also be far more creative than you thought possible with better brain waves.

Blow your boss away with a presentation and come out with concepts that will impress your colleagues. The implementation of better creativity can make you a more witty, more intelligent and even a faster thinker at whatever it is you want to do. By evoking the right brain wave patterns, the brain will be able to ebb and flow with creative juices and think outside of the box. Through better creativity, you can look at things with different perspectives and see things that other people cannot grasp.

There are many more functions of brainwave entrainment. The one that has the most potential is the one that allows you to reprogram your subconscious mind and take away all the bad habits, the addictions and the character flaws that you have been suffering from for years and years, simply by combining the right brainwaves and series of positive affirmations and stimulations that the subconscious mind can absorb.

The application are actually quite endless, as you will have the ability to accelerate healing, release growth hormones within your body and even lose weight. Brainwave patterns are the new by word for an industry that strives to make a better you at every turn. The only thing different about this new application is that fact that I works and that thousands of people all over the world are experiencing its benefits.

You can be such a person too and you will soon realise how much of a disadvantage you were at when you were running around your life with a brain that was not fully utilised. The end vision could be a world filled with philosophers and luminaries and that may jut be the missing link in the final evolution of mankind – driven by technology and a need for self improvement. Brainwave patterns cannot only change your life; it can evolve you into something you never thought possible. Why be a slave to time when you now have the power to hasten your own evolution?
Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.

This ‘frequency following’ response of brainwave entrainment can be seen in action with those prone to epilepsy. If a strobe flashes at their seizure frequency, the brain will ‘entrain’ to the flashing light, resulting in a seizure.

On the positive side, this same mechanism is commonly used to induce many brainwave states; such as a trance, enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation or sleep induction. The brainwave entrainment effectively pushes the entire brain into a certain state.

Brainwave entrainment works for almost everyone. It is a great way to lead your mind into states that you might usually have difficulty reaching, allowing you to experience what those states feel like.

THE HYPE
There is a lot of marketing hype around brainwave entrainment. It is sold with promises of increasing IQ, promoting weight loss, ‘mind-tripping’, enhancing creativity, concentration, inducing spiritual states and more.

While these claims are not entirely true, they are not altogether false either. In practice, the claims are based on an overly-simplistic view of how the brain and the brainwaves function.
THE RUB
People are very seldom deficient in a certain brainwave type in all areas of their brain. Usually the distribution is much spottier, with an excess in one area and a deficiency in another.

We are all different, especially when it comes to the distribution of our brainwaves. Boosting a certain brainwave state may be beneficial for one person, and emotionally uncomfortable for another. Without knowing each person’s starting position, entrainment can be rather ‘hit and miss’.

If brainwave entrainment leaves you with unwanted side-effects (see below) or discomfort, you’re probably encouraging a range of brainwaves that are already excessive in some area of your brain. The way around this is to get a brain map to see what your brain’s strengths and weaknesses are, and see what (if any) brainwaves could use some encouragement.

Latest brain research shows that the programming of our Subconscious Mind (our beliefs, thoughts, feelings, habits and perception) determine our level of success in any area of our lives. Once you realize that you achieve whatever you are programmed to achieve according to your self-image and deep subconscious beliefs, you can move on and re-wire the brain. Modern science has given proof that the brain CAN BE reprogrammed following specific steps.

HOW DO YOU CHANGE YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS PROGRAMMING? To understand what your self-image is, think about your financial results the past 3 years. The average of what you made per year the past 3 years, is where your financial ‘thermostat’ is set – it’s the financial level where you feel comfortable. Unless you take the right actions to reset this ‘Financial Thermostat’, the chances are that whatever you do in life, you will end up getting similar results. Subconscious beliefs, thought patterns and strong habits you have now, were created due to past experiences and your environment. How do you reset this mental programming to a brand new mental software which will drive you to success?

THE DISCOVERY OF THE DECATE In the past, scientists used to think that we are born a certain way, with a certain personality that we inherit (i.e. most probably our parents behavior and patterns) and cannot do anything change that. The discovery of the decade in brain researchis that our brains are not hard-wired. The latest discoveries show that we can re-wire everything in the brain and there is a right way to do it, by being in the right brain-way frequencies. Traditional writing down of goals and affirmations and reciting them does NOT work on its own. Here is how to get it right, according to the ‘Neural Reconditioning Process’ suggested by John Assaraf author, entrepreneur, coach and star of the hit movie ‘The Secret’.

Brain wave frequencies for re-wiring the brain:

The first thing you need to know is that the re-wiring happens only in certain brain frequencies, that you must learn to put yourself into, in order to imprint new beliefs. We have 5 basic brainwave frequencies: Alpha, Beta, Delta, Theta and Gamma which was discovered recently. Most of us in our everyday lives are usually in the Beta frequency, which is the ‘high-stress’ frequency. If you stay too long in Beta you burn out – beta keeps you in stress which not only burns out the brain, but is also the cause of most diseases. Alpha brainwave frequency on the other hand, is the state of relaxed focus where is best to be when you ‘reprogram’ your brain. Alpha is the basic meditative state that anyone can achieve with the right guidance. It’s also the state we are when we are just falling asleep or just waking up in the morning. We now have technologies which allow us gently and over time to access just with the use of special sounds, not only Alpha but deeper frequencies like Delta, Theta and especially Gamma, the most powerful frequency to date, where you can achieve anything you want with your brain, including supper leaning.

The procedure to re-wiring your brain:

1. The first thing you need to do, is know what you want in life. Set the goals for what you want to achieve in all areas of your life (Financial, Relationships, Family, Business/Career, Contribution, Health) – the setting of the goals will be responsible for 4% of the reprogramming procedure.

2. Get these goals, together with new affirmations which support these goals into the implicit part of the brain. This happens with consistently imprinting and emotionalizing each of the new beliefs and goals into your subconscious brain. This part will be responsible for 96% of your success! The older you get the deeper the roots of your Beliefs and Habits are, so the reprogramming might take more time and persistence.

5 Steps of the ‘Neural-Reconditioning Process’ for re-wiring the brain:

There is a process you need to follow daily over a specific time period, that if done properly, can completely reprogram your mental software and turn you into a brand new person, the one who will take the right action to ACHIEVE its goals and dreams:

Step 1: Create a powerful vision for your finances and your business (write it down).

Step 2: Choose powerful beliefs and habits to support your new vision – use present tense (i.e. ‘I am so happy that I am now earning X amount of dollars per month’ or ‘I am very disciplined and I do what I need to do to achieve my goals’)

Step 3: Create written, auditory kinesthetic, visual and subliminal material to ‘install’ the new beliefs and habits. Some suggestions for ‘Auditory’ Material is recording and listening to your affirmations and goals while reading them, for ‘Visual’ Material create a Vision Board or a Video with images of what you want to achieve and look at it every day and for ‘Subliminal’ messages there are specialized programs available that you can find online.

Step 4: Begin a daily ‘Innercise’ program to change your mental programming to the new you. Your daily program should include:

Visualizing and repeating your goals
Using support sounds which bring your brain to the Alpha Brainwave frequencies – you can find specialized meditation CD’s which help you get into Alpha instantl.
Use images (ie create a vision board) to visualize the things you want to achieve.
Repeat Precision Affirmations which support your goals – these affirmations are your new beliefs and should be written with a lot of precision, in present tense.
Do Meditation; teach your brain to get into deeper states of awareness with the support of Meditation sounds which bring your brain in the ‘good’ frequencies.
Additional Support: Find experienced practitioners and use NLP, Hypnotherapy, EFT, EMDR, Psyche K.
Subliminal Programming- you can find auditory and visual Subliminal Programming programs which help you reprogram the brain while you are working, sleeping or resting and use them daily.

Step 5: Follow this daily program for 30 to 90 days. Depending on the types of beliefs and how deep routed they are, it takes between 30 and 90 days of daily repetition to reprogram a deep rooted belief in the brain.

I know that the process might sound too much, and I realize that it is a challenge to complete properly, because I assure you, your brain will fight back and will try to stop you from taking action! However, are you interested or are you committed to your success? If you are interested, you will find reasons to give up half way through the process and your brain will be very happy about it, because it doesn’t really like change, it feels comfortable exactly where it is. If you are committed the resources are available for you to succeed and you will find the time every day to take action.

Last week the American Life League ran an ad in the Washington Times. At the top of the ad, “President Bush: Protect Social Security.” Beneath that title an elderly man in a rocking chair holds a young child. The ad states that the current problems with social security would not exist if over fifty million babies had become part of society – instead each one was aborted.

In a hospital the proof of life, or more correctly the proof of death, revolves around the existence of a heartbeat and brainwaves. In times of less medical advancement the presence of life was determined by a pulse and a breath. That’s how we determine when life has left this mortal coil, when all that is left is an earthly shell.

But when does life start? When are we given the breath of life? When does man become a living soul? At conception? At the first discernible heartbeat? At a baby’s first breath? There is no machine – no instrument – that can divine the presence of the human spirit. So for now let us forget the question of ‘when’.

Would social security be more viable if those fifty million babies had lived? It would seem logical because in that group is a potential work force. A potential of tens of millions of workers that will never be. For the past few decades we have debated whether or not those potential fifty million lives were actual lives at that point when their potential was removed. Yet no one argues that the potential – up to the time it was forcibly removed – didn’t exist.

No one argues that Sarah Smith had any more potential than her twin brother. Both had the potential to be born, to go to school, to live a life. If the natural course of things was not interrupted, that’s probably what would have happened. Except one day in November, Sarah’s brother Andrew was aborted. He was never born, never went to school, never lived a life, but she did.

Heidi Huffman didn’t have more potential life than others the day her mother went to have an abortion. The abortionist just missed. Gianna Jessen wasn’t different from any other aborted baby the day her mother when to the clinic. She just survived.

We can argue over what human life exists and when it exists, but it cannot be denied that each conception contains the same potential. As a society we are killing our future, because we have let individuals remove the potential of another.

We’re concerned with potential in other areas. How many potential George Washington Carvers will never be because of school violence? How many Einsteins have been lost to drug use? How many Condoleezza Rices had their potential removed by racism?

We fight passionately against these things because when a life is lost more than just a mass of living cells dies. When a human life is extinguished, so is influence and the potential change that could have been made on this world. But has anything had greater effect on the potential future of this world than abortion?

Where’s the Louis Pasture of the 21st century? Could he have been aborted last week? Who’s the Thomas Edison of the next 50 years? Maybe he was aborted a few months ago. The next Jefferson and Lincoln might have been aborted just last year.

What about the group that holds abortion higher then their own right to life? Liberals complain about a lack of real leaders. Where’s the candidate that could have beaten President Bush? Maybe he was aborted. Where’s the liberal who could dethrone Rush? Maybe she was aborted. Where are the next generation of liberal leaders? Maybe they were aborted.

Obviously these possibilities cannot be proven, and that is my point. We’ll never know what potential was lost. We’ll never know who we’ve killed. We’ll never know what could have been. We are killing our future.

If a student was denied the chance to fulfill his full potential in science, or law, or athletics, there would be cries of outrage. The ACLU would sue for something, and the media would question how anything like that could happen in America. Yet abortion takes potential that exists – a potential life, yes a potential failure, but at the same time a potential success – and puts it in the hands of another. Abortion allows someone else to chose whether that potential will ever be realized. Where’s the outrage?

In the end I have to come down firmly on the side of choice. I think every kid deserves a chance at life. I think every kid should be able to chose a life. Becoming a doctor, teaching a class, working at a bank, building houses, writing software, publishing newspapers. I think every kid should have the chance to choose. Because one day, when some young man decides to become the next Hitler, there should be others becoming the next Churchill and Roosevelt.

Unless they were aborted.

Last week I was coaching a new client who was facing a personal leadership challenge. Promoted from a technical to management role, he was becoming increasingly frustrated. Not having yet learned the skills to make this easier, he found himself becoming more short-tempered. Not surprisingly, this took a physical toll as his blood pressure spiked.

Does this sound familiar? If so, you may need a re-charge to your leadership battery.

Isn’t it strange that we have entire set-ups to re-charge our technological devices nightly, at home and on the move. We face battery drains at our own peril; out of reach, out of touch, unable to complete tasks and communicate in real-time.

Apply the metaphor to your leadership battery. Are you learning the competencies to keep it from getting drained? Are you re-charging it daily?

Many of us were fortunate to have gotten a bit of a summer break, whether it was near or far. We believe that vacations are the re-charge for our batteries. While they are often effective at doing that, we simply cannot afford to wait that long.

Why is taking a vacation not enough?

The human body was designed to be at “homeostasis.” We have the ability regulate our physical, emotional and mental processes if we learn and practice.

When we are in our conscious, waking state, we activate the sympathetic nervous system. This helps us get things done. The problem comes when this is our ONLY state of being. We require the balancing of the parasympathetic nervous system; the part where we access our deeply relaxed state of brainwaves; alpha or perhaps even delta or theta. Access to this deeply relaxed brain-wave state allows us to experience creativity, synthetic thinking, intuition, visualizations, etc.

Activating the parasympathetic nervous system can be done daily through a breath practice. Learning (and practicing) allows your mental, physical and emotional states to “re-charge.”

1. Make a commitment (preferably to someone who will hold you accountable)

2. Set aside time in your calendar to create a routine. Intend to turn this into a habit

3. Practice belly breathing, just a few minutes at first, gradually working up to longer periods.

4. Notice what you observe in your body, state of mind, emotions

5. Write it down in a journal or notebook; remark on patterns and what changes for you.

Remember to give as much care to re-charging yourself daily as you do to your electronic devices.

Last month’s topic was Leadership in the Mirror. Here we explore how leaders can engage and participate after their reflection using the Step Up Leader framework.

Engaged leadership requires a high degree of self-awareness. Leaders who learn that the way they are being impacts every single interaction, conversation and relationship are ahead of the game. It may sound obvious, but it is the first step towards truly engaged leadership.

Being
The first principle of “Step Up Now: 21 Powerful Principles for People Who Influence Others” outlines the importance of Be. Know. Do. Being precedes knowing or doing. Leaders often act as if the opposite is true; knowing or doing is what we have been taught to value, and how we are rewarded. We may or may not ever get around to “being.” Being needs to be more than an afterthought; it should be the foundation of your approach to leadership.

StoppingThe next principle is The Power of Stopping. Stopping allows for creation of a state of deep relaxation. Mind chatter halts; the silence within can be accessed. This is accomplished through breathing practice. Your state of mind is a direct reflection of the state of your breath. When we change our breathing patterns, our state of mind changes as well! Clients discover through training conscious breath and mindfulness practice they enjoy benefits beyond relaxation. The ability to access intuition, creative flow, and higher intelligences is possible in a deeply relaxed brainwave. It is not present in the active, high alert beta brain wave, the level at which most day-to day- activity occurs.

Mindset
Once this distinction is understood and experienced, you can begin to examine your mindsets. Your results in the external world mirror what you are thinking internally. When you change the way you see-your “mindset”, it will be reflected in new opportunities and choices. The change in your reality-and the results that follow-must first happen within your own mind.

As you become present and engaged in the here and now, with greater levels of awareness of your mindset, your leadership influence can expand. You become more aware and confident in your own leadership style. Heightened awareness and practice open up the possibility for collaboration and trust with others. Your way of communication will reflect more listening and curiosity with less talking and providing answers.

Your own leadership unfolds in an integrative, balanced and whole manner. As you evolve, you will develop a co-creative approach to bringing out the best in others. This is possible because you are now bringing your own best self to each and every encounter.

Goals
What about goals, the mainstay of accomplishment? I have found that goal setting is an often misunderstood area. Goals when reached are a cause for celebration and reward. When missed, they are often a downward spiral into frustration, shame and blame, of self and others. My perspective on goals is that they need to be in alignment with what we truly care about. Napoleon Hill said, “A goal is a dream with a deadline.” Goals should be set at a time when you can consciously do so; the biggest impediment to not achieving goals is conflict between subconscious thinking patterns and conscious ones. Setting goals that conflict with subconscious patterns or setting unreasonable goals sets us up for failure; setting “stretch” goals keeps us on our toes. Goals should be set consciously, aligned with your cares, and enough of a stretch to pull you forward.

This may sound daunting at first, but it doesn’t have to be so. Implementing growth of this sort requires a degree of self-awareness that may be difficult to achieve alone. To make things easier, it helps to have a trusted colleague, mentor, friend or advisor.

Engagement at this level can be thrilling. Once you have made a decision to get on the path, be sure to take small, consistent action. Record and reflect.

Conscious Shifts in your leadership are underway!

Brainwave Entrainment Taking A Sleep Disorder Test – First Step To Better Sleep

Knowing whether you have a sleeping disorder is difficult to find out by yourself. However, it is important to find out if you are suffering from one in order to help yourself get better sleep and become more functional during the day. One sure way to find out is through a sleep disorder test.

Why You Need the Test

Most of us probably do not know what goes on even in our own bodies while we are asleep. A lot of people therefore may end up suffering from a sleep disorder simply because of a lack of awareness of the symptoms and the condition, hence a need for a good sleep disorder test.

There are several types of sleeping disorders but the most common ones are insomnia, narcolepsy and sleep apnea. All these sleeping disorder conditions can be fatal and it is believed that at least 1 out of 3 Americans suffer from a sleep disorder of some sort. At the least, undiagnosed sleep disorders could affect your quality of life, making you less able to interact productively with others and perform even simple tasks. The physical stress and drain of a sleep disorder could also be psychologically damaging, leading to feelings of intense frustration and helplessness. At the worst, a sleep disorder could either be a sign of an underlying medical condition or could lead to more serious medical conditions like stroke and heart ailments.

Taking a Self Test

Although you may not be aware of what goes on as you sleep, you can perform your own sleep disorder test. You simply have to look at your own symptoms as a basic sleep disorder test. You should be worried for example if you wake up and don’t feel refreshed, if you have trouble sleeping or if you wake up frequently at night or too early.

Observe changes in your own disposition and behavior during the day. A quick temper, irritability, lack of concentration are only some points to note in your own sleep disorder test. Take note too if you frequently meet accidents and if you feel sleepy during the day.

Products for Self-Testing

Insomnia can be tested with a sleep disorder test pack that can measure your hormone levels. If you are doing a saliva sleep disorder test, look for the hormone melatonin. Melatonin is a naturally occurring substance in the body that manages a person’s perception of night and day and the cycle of sleep and wakefulness. Some people with insomnia though may have lower levels of melatonin. A sleep disorder test that will check you melatonin levels will help you determine if you need to take added melatonin supplements that are available even without a prescription.

Professional Testing

If you are not sure about the signs and symptoms, a professional opinion may be necessary. There are many kinds of tests but the most common professional sleep disorder test involves a sleep study.

In a sleep disorder test done by a professional, you may be asked to stay in the sleep disorder clinic or hospital for several hours, depending on what sleeping patterns are being checked. The procedure entails wires to be attached to you in order to monitor your heart rate, brainwaves, and breathing. Qualified personnel will then score your results for your doctor to interpret. Your doctor will then provide you with the necessary treatment for your condition. A succeeding sleep test may be conducted to determine the effectiveness of the treatment.

Brainwave Entrainment Identifying Attention Deficit Disorder In Your Child

Kids will be kids and all of them are different. Kids get excited about different things, and get very excited about things that adults may find to be only mildly interesting, if interesting at all. So how do you know if your child has Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) or is simply being a normal kid?

Attention Deficit Disorder or ADD, also sometimes known as ADHD or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is difficult to diagnose accurately. In many ways it is a subjective option of the doctor since there is little scientific evidence to definitely state whether or not a child has ADD or ADHD. But at the same time, the reported cases of ADD are rising rapidly, which scientists do not understand. If the child has a broken leg, this can easily be determined and verified, and all would be in agreement that the child’s leg is broken. But with ADD and ADHD, no such concrete evidence or even scientific testing exists to make that same conclusive determination.

In the past, cases of ADD and ADHD were treated with prescription drugs to effectively slow down the afflicted child, but with the growing concern over stuffing our children full of prescription drugs for every ailment that MIGHT be present, parents are now starting to resist this approach and demanding a new approach.

Many of the new approaches, and many of which show great promise, is to train the afflicted person to pay more attention to what his brain is telling him. This applies whether the child is playing, doing homework, or just resting, but it is a behavioral change that the child needs to be old understand to understand and comprehend. In the case of ADD and ADHD, the child’s brain has not yet completely processed the last set of information presented to it, and in the meantime is already telling the child to go do something else. Hence, the typical view is that children afflicted with Attention Deficit Disorder are unable to concentrate on the task at hand, which is entirely accurate.

The one thing that shows up in ADD/ADHD affected children that differs compared to the same tests run on non-ADD/ADHD children is that the brainwaves are different. To be more exact, the ADD/ADHD children typically show excessively slow brain wave activity in the alpha and theta ranges, compared to their non-ADD/ADHD counterparts. As the child gets older and grows into his teen years, there is some scientific evidence to suggest (although not confirm) that patients who are thought to have ADD or ADHD have about 400% more traffic tickets, car accidents, and are almost four times more likely to contract a sexually transmitted disease.

Your doctor can explain to you that accurately diagnosing Attention Deficit Disorder is never simple. Rather, it requires a thorough investigation and study of the child over time, to see how the child reacts to different circumstances compared to others in the same age group. But like anything else, diagnosis of the ailment as early as possible is very important to understanding it, working with it effectively, and making compromises to accommodate the affliction.

Kids in school made up lots of strange little stories about sex that you may have sworn were true back then – like using a tampon meant you weren’t a virgin anymore – but as you grew older, you were able to figure out the truth from the myths.

However, there are still a few things that we’ve been taught to believe that aren’t necessarily true – and it could be stopping you from enjoying sex as much as you could.

So we talked to a bunch of folks in the know, and they schooled us on what’s true, what’s false, and what’s just plain wishful thinking when it comes to sex.

Myth #1: Porn is something that only men will enjoy, not women.

Truth: Electroencephalograms have shown that when women look at pornographic images, they exhibit the same brainwave activity that men do.

Erotic material is a perfect way for women to learn about different types of sexual activity and to find out what they might like to try in the bedroom. You might enjoy watching pornography alone when masturbating; if you’re comfortable with the idea, watch it together with your guy to get you both turned on.

Myth #2: For you to be able to enjoy sex, your man’s penis size does matter.

Truth: It doesn’t take a large penis to have great sex.

Having a larger penis doesn’t help him hit your G-spot. And in fact, a longer penis can hit the cervix when he thrusts, causing you pain.

If his penis is on the shorter size of average, you may find more pleasure for both of you if he uses more of a grinding movement rather than thrusting. Use a position that helps keep you close together – missionary works well.

If your man’s got a bit more length to him, you may prefer to be on top as it allows you to control how deep the thrusts are.

Myth #3: There is no such thing as the G-spot.

Truth: French researchers have actually been able to find physical proof of the G-spot. They found thicker than usual tissue separating the vagina from the urethra in those women who could reach orgasm through vaginal stimulation only. For some women, this area is very sensitive, and allows for super-strong orgasms.

To try it yourself, lie back and let your partner stimulate the upper wall of the vagina with one or two fingers (you can also try it on your own). If you get the G-spot just right, you’ll know it very quickly. To stimulate this spot during intercourse, try with you on top or in the “doggy” position. Both of this helps to “aim” his penis toward the bull’s-eye.

Myth #4: Only women have multiple orgasms.

Truth: It’s true that men are limited to the amount of semen that they can produce within a certain amount of time. But he can still have rapid, repeated peaks of climax. There is a trick to it, of course!

You need to bring him right to the brink of climax, and then ease off quickly so that he has the contractions associated with orgasm without actually ejaculating.

Have him tell you when he’s close to ejaculation; right before the moment of no return, stop and press gently just under the head of the penis. You can continue to kiss, or he may need you to be very still for about 30 seconds. Doing so will give him time to calm things down a bit while still maintaining an erection. Then you can start up again. Repeat as many times as he can stand it.

Brainwave Entrainment How Alpha Brainwave Meditation Can Keep You From Becoming Stupid

Kids at an early age are known to be extremely creative. This is because they primarily use the right side of the brain which produces more alpha brain waves. As we grow older and become adults, the left side brain starts to dominate with more high frequency beta waves. In effect, alpha brainwaves are pushed into the background. In daily lives we are more focused on logical problem solving and can’t be creative to find other solutions. Alpha brainwave meditation can restore this creativity and keep us from becoming just robots of task execution.

Beta brainwaves are absolutely necessary in daily activities. This is what we use when dealing with math, routine tasks, and just getting things done. Unfortunately, beta waves can also be a state of high stress and anxiety.

Being constantly in a high state stress can have all sorts of harmful effects on health, productivity, and emotional moods. Stress produces a hormone called cortisol. There are always certain levels of cortisol present in the body, but excessive amounts maintained of a long period of time can lead to heart problems, high blood pressure, and faster aging.

Alpha brain waves are a lower brainwave frequency and essentially stress-free. This is the range that opens up creativity, contributes to emotional stability, and produces helpful hormones such as serotonin.

Tests have shown that even short periods of meditation can result in a 10% increase in what psychologists call psychomotor vigilance. As a result, many major corporations are now offering free classes in meditation. They have found employees who meditate regularly are more productive, able to get along with others better, and tend to come up with more innovative and creative solutions.

Effective meditation can be difficult to master but it can be made easier with a binaural beats download. Binaural beats are recordings that help the brain to get into the meditative states of alpha and theta easier and quicker. This is the process of brainwave entrainment. Alpha brainwave meditation state can be achieved quicker while listening to binaural beats mp3s.

Engaging in regular alpha brainwave meditation helps adults to regain the intelligence and creativity that they lose from early childhood. This loss is a natural process but it can be reversed.
